Consider the beaches of Hua Hin. The cozy Sai Noi Beach is located outside the city in a small lagoon between two mountains, one of which is an ancient temple. The temple can be reached by stairs directly from the beach. The beach is located 12 kilometers south of Hua Hin. The entrance to the water is steeper than on other nearby beaches. Here you can rent sun loungers, and on the beach there is a cafe with Thai cuisine.

Plearn Wan Cowboy Village in Hua Hin

When we were in Hua Hin (Thailand), we decided to visit one place - a wild west themed mall called Plearn Wan.

There are several cafes, Thai restaurants and small shops, as well as a beauty salon, photo studio, outdoor cinema and a hotel.

Opening hours: 10:00 - 22:00 (Mon-Thur), 10:00 - 00:00 (Fri), 09:00 - midnight (Sat), 09:00 - 22:00 (Sun).

Location: Phetkasem Road (between Hua Hin Soi 38 and 40), close to Klai Kang Won Palace.

Hua Hin also has a night market located right in the city center between Petchkasem Street and the train tracks.

The market opens in the evening, after about 18:30. For this market, one street in the city is specially closed, and tents with clothes, souvenirs, crafts, works of art and restaurants open right on it.

As with all markets in Thailand, there is a lot of street food here. You can safely come here for dinner.

As elsewhere in Thailand, Hua Hin has a real cult of food. She is here at every turn and in any form. In addition to street food, Hua Hin has a huge selection of restaurants.

I visited a restaurant called Lung Ja Seafood restaurant and although I didn't plan on it, I ended up ordering lobster.

If you are interested in local flavor, you can find it on the street opposite the night market. It serves a variety of Thai dishes such as jok ( jok) - rice porridge, khao mu daeng ( khao moo daeng)- red pork and rice and khao man kai ( khao man gai) Rice with chicken.

What to see in Hua Hin? Train Station! Built during the reign of King Rama VI, Hua Hin Station is located within walking distance of the city centre. Number one on the list of Hua Hin attractions.

Hua Hin: Santorini Cha-Am Park

Hua Hin has a Greek-style Santorini park. The buildings here are painted white, like on the island of Santorini. This place has a number of shops, restaurants and a couple of entertainment options.

Cicada Market in Hua Hin

The Cicada Market is a creative market where you can find everything related to art and handicraft. It also has an art gallery and a garden.

Royal Summer Palace (Maruekhathaiyawan Palace) in Hua Hin resort

The Royal Summer Palace was built in the early 1920s during the reign of King Rama VI. It was designed by an Italian architect. The palace itself has many verandas, trellises and golden paths.

Opening hours: 08:00-16:00.

Location: 9 km south of Cha-Am in the town of Rama VI.

Wat Huay Mongkol in Hua Hin

This Buddhist temple houses a large statue of the Buddha, which was commissioned by Queen Sirikit. Here is the largest statue in the world, Luang Phor Thuad. Luang Phor Thuad is a legendary Thai monk who is revered for his enlightenment.

Mount Khao Takiab

One of the biggest attractions in the province, Khao Takiab translates to "mountain of chopsticks". Another name is "monkey mountain" (mountain of monkeys). At the top of this mountain is a temple, it offers a magnificent view of Hua Hin, Thailand.

Sam Roi Yot National Park and Tham Phraya Nakhon (Khao Sam Roi Yot)

It is fashionable to diversify your holiday in the city of Hua Hin by turning into an interesting national park. A large number of wild animals live here, including deer, macaques and Asian goats. One of the most popular attractions is Tham Phraya Nakhon - a cave with a hole through which it is illuminated by sunlight.

Location: 60 kilometers south of Hua Hin.

Kaeng Krachan National Park, Petchaburi

Kaeng Krachan is considered the largest national park in the Kingdom of Thailand. It occupies 2,915 sq. km. The park has many natural attractions such as waterfalls, caves, lakes and reservoirs.

The park itself has camping areas and hotels. This was the last number on the list of attractions in Hua Hin, but far from the last among what is worth seeing in Thailand.
