I have been coming here with my wife for the second year, I like everything very much. the owners of the hotel are hospitable and helpful people, they take them to the healing lake every day for free and offer their excursions around the Crimea not expensive and interesting, we were in Sevastopol and Inkerman. The room has everything: air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, the maid has a microwave and a stove, you can always use it. The rooms are clean, towels are provided for 2 and more for the feet. Rested in Chaika from 15 to 25 July. The staff is friendly, but the interior of the rooms is very poor. They even regretted the hangers. I was with a friend from 5 to 20 September 2017. We lived in Chaika in building 5 on the 3rd floor in room 25 for two. Two beds are provided in the room (normal mattresses with a width sufficient for an adult), the linen is new, clean, the pillows are hard feathers. They mostly slept under sheets, but sometimes they covered themselves with warm blankets. From furniture: one rack-cabinet with three pieces of hangers and shelves - all open, without doors. One cabinet with shelves stands between the beds, also without doors, open. There is a small refrigerator, a small LCD TV, hung on the wall on a bracket very high, from walking on the bed, it is hard to see. On the other hand, the owners (honor and praise them for this!) provided 7-seat transport for free every day for a trip to Saki Lake, it is not far, but it is noticeable to go, especially in the heat and with sore legs ... and somehow the roadside officials say terribly shields with the inscriptions "Beware of the steppe vipers!" And he made as many walkers as people ride, and also brings back. For which a big human THANK YOU to the owners - this compensates for all the minor flaws. But our room cost 1000 rubles per day. (taking into account the ending holiday season , lack of air conditioning, 3rd floor) And plus - the room is fresh, rather big, square. I like it. And the SEA is wonderful, different every day, not yet cooled down, with a sandy bottom and a comfortable depth for both children and adults. We are going there for him! Of course, there are peddlers with food from morning to evening - everything (rolls, whites and corn) for 50 rubles. And in general, with food for self-feeding there is very good and INEXPENSIVE! (Surprised and delighted!) Also, vegetables and fruits in the mini-market at prices that are not crazy and almost did not differ from the city market in Saki (we traveled, compared). Also, all kinds of non-food products and souvenirs - the prices are equal, so lovers of such junk do not have to break into the city! Personally, I was pleased - evening walks to the live violin on the embankment, live singing, pleasant melodies (not black eyes...) In general, the Priboy base is very good and not boring. But not for youth parties (we women of the Trans-Balzac age liked it) And despite the huge number of children of different calibers, we were lucky to live without any problems (sorry, but I don’t like other people’s screaming children). You can get to the city of Saki (km 5) by bus number 3. Walks every 10-15 minutes. But it’s completely packed, sometimes like herrings in a barrel, it’s good to go for a short time, 10-15 minutes for 15 rubles.) And be careful about going back - don’t go on a walk, the last one leaves and at 18.30 you need to check with the driver) But you can also take a taxi there get there, no problem. The town of Saki is tiny and clean, take a walk in the park in the shade and cool. The city is focused on wheelchair users, they cut everywhere there, a good town, calm. Usually we go on vacation abroad, but my husband's passport has expired, so we decided to go to the Crimea. My husband read somewhere that Priboi is a good hotel according to reviews, so we decided to take a chance and went with the whole family. Luckily there was a free room. The owner of the hotel personally met us at the airport, and together we drove to it. Very nice friendly person. A two-room suite with a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) and a kitchenette (we didn’t need it, but the very fact of its presence is a definite plus). One of the rest rooms is walk-through, the second one has an adjoining balcony. The views of the sea and the beach are simply amazing, and you can also eat grapes from the balcony))) The amenities in the room include TV, wireless internet and air conditioning, the kitchen has a refrigerator, a kettle and a multicooker. The hotel area is small. There is a nice patio with a barbecue grill, a shared kitchen, a swing for children and a small fountain. In addition, there is a washing machine and a massage room. To be honest, everything is far from new, but thanks to the cleanliness and tidiness of this, it is almost imperceptible. We liked the sandy beach next door. It is clean and well maintained. Nearby is full of family hotels and cafes. The prices are normal, the service is excellent (everywhere they meet like their relatives). Thanks to all!

This year we decided to go to our south for fun. After studying the reviews, we decided to go to Saki in "Priboy", a lot positive feedback was about this hotel. Booked through the service Onlinetours, but later contacted the owner of the hotel - Denis. A very pleasant and obliging person. Denis met us upon arrival, we took the tickets ourselves. They just gave me the flight number. He took us to the hotel in his car. They settled right away. A suite of two rooms, a separate bathroom - a toilet, a sink, a shower cubicle. There is also a kitchenette. But it didn’t come in handy for us, so they only brewed tea and had tea with cookies before going to bed. One room served as a living room, the second is a bedroom with a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. A vine stretches across the balcony (the grapes have already ripened and we pretty much ate it :)). There is a TV, air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped - there is a multicooker, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave oven. Beautifully equipped patio. There are swings, a fountain, and a barbecue area. There is a separate full-fledged kitchen, where many vacationers cook on their own. There is also a washing machine, you can easily wash clothes. The beach is close, clean sand. There are a lot of cafes nearby, prices are low. You can walk to the market, there are a lot of fruits and vegetables, and also cheese. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Saki from here, and half an hour to Evpatoria. Went to water parks Banana republic"and" Lukomorye "(we were brought and taken away directly from the recreation center). Both are great, the kids loved it. My husband and I enjoyed the mud treatments. Despite my initially skeptical attitude towards our southern resorts, I can say for sure that they did not fail with the rest. Many thanks to Denis for such a reverent attitude towards the guests, everything was wonderful. We wish you prosperity, but for our part, we will advise you to friends and we ourselves will definitely come back somehow!

Base "Priboy" or "Seagull" is a territory of comfortable rest, where everything is conducive to home comfort and complete relaxation. Our room was small, but bright enough because of the large windows, which offered a panoramic view of the sea. In terms of equipment, all rooms in the hotel are just super: multicooker, TV, shower, air conditioning. The beach is a stone's throw away, by the way cleaned, landscaped, the water was also clean. I really enjoyed my vacation here. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, and in the city of Saki there is something to do, how to have fun.

Chaika Hotel consists of 3 buildings. All rooms have a bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, cold and hot water around the clock), TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle with utensils for tea drinking. Bed linen and towels are provided. Many balconies are furnished (table, chairs). In some rooms, one extra bed is possible - a folding bed.

Double Room(area 12 sq.m.) with a double bed or two single beds. All rooms with private facilities and a private balcony, a table and two chairs on the balcony. family rooms for groups of 6, 7, 8 people (45-50 sq.m.), two or three bedrooms, each bedroom is locked, there is an equipped kitchen and a dining area. Rooms with private facilities, with one or two balconies. In the room: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, electric stove, multicooker, kettle and crockery in the kitchen.

double rooms(suite 25 sq.m.) - 5th floor. Rooms with double beds with a balcony overlooking the sea. In each room: bathroom, bar, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, kettle and tea utensils.

Block numbers. Rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people. The rooms have single beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe or a hanger. There is an equipped kitchen and dining area. There is one bathroom per block, a separate toilet, a separate shower, a room with or without a balcony. In the kitchen: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kitchen cabinet, electric stove, multicooker, kettle and crockery.
