Having returned from a vacation on the Black Sea, we gratefully recall our stay at the Golden Maple guest house, which is located in the village of Vityazevo. A big hello to the owners of the house - Alexander Modestovich, Raisa Alexandrovna and the whole friendly staff of the hotel!

Let's say right away that our expectations and ideas about the services offered, received from the Internet, were justified.

This year we decided to resume our vacation on the Black Sea in Krasnodar Territory. We decided to choose something more peaceful and more suitable for children. It was decided not to visit Gelendzhik, which had been explored earlier, Anapa disappeared due to the crowd (which eventually justified), and on the advice of colleagues and acquaintances, they settled on Vityazevo settlement. On the Internet, we got acquainted in absentia with the future place of stay and, along the way, with offers of accommodation. From the mass of hotels and guest houses, read and objectively presented, and what is very important and pleasant, in a 3D image, interested in the maple hotel. Since we have two small children of 4 years old and a teenager of 13 years old, we needed comfort, a closed and cozy area, we were attracted by an indoor pool, a playground.

We called and explained everything to us. We have booked a room. And you could choose with or without a balcony. For the safety of children, we chose without a balcony. Closer to the planned departure for a vacation, we found out the number of the current account to which it was necessary to send a deposit, which was the daily amount of the stay. Called back to make sure everything went well. We agreed on a transfer. We were immediately described the person who will meet us. They worried whether everything was fair and whether they would meet. Previously had not very positive experience in terms of transfer. Two days in the train were crowned immediately with pleasantness. From the windows of the car we saw a man with a sign in his hands "Golden Maple". You understand how confidence in the chosen hotel has grown. A little later we found out that the owner met us - Alexander Modestovich Klenov. Upon arrival, the room was freshly cleaned, but they gave us two to choose from. We may have been lucky, but it's a fact. Of the proposed ones, we chose for our family of 5 people, the one that is a little more spacious, and with a view of the village, hotels and the sea. The rooms are not large, but we have no complaints, because in the room we only performed morning procedures, drank tea and coffee and had a snack (there is a refrigerator, there is a table, there is a TV for escort, a good powerful air conditioner is available), we came in the afternoon for a “quiet hour” » children. The eldest son looked after the sleeping babies and at the same time used the Wi-Fi capabilities, and we scouted the village and visited retail outlets. After sleep, we again went to the beach or went down to the pool, and returned to the room, of course, to sleep. There was enough shared bathroom for everyone.

During the stay, the existing swimming pool became a real decoration of the holiday and sometimes a salvation for us parents. In the very heat under the roof, the children enjoyed swimming after the beach, and, tired, rested in a quiet hour. We didn’t experience rain, and the guests who arrived earlier said that they appreciated the indoor pool. In the evening after the beach before the pool closes, it also could not do without visiting it. Good water exercise for the night!)))
It may be a minus that he worked from 8.00 to 21.00, but rules are rules. At least we didn't complain.
After reconnaissance of the area, we assessed for ourselves that the chosen hotel is located at a distance from large and noisy hotels, from the entertainment alley that stretched between parallel streets leading to the beach. And the distance from the beach is quite acceptable to take a walk, look on the way to the dining-cafe, of which there are many, along the way to buy vegetables, fruits, products, souvenirs and more. True, with children this hike is 15 minutes. ideally turned into more than an agonizing hour for us.

But from the pros: a lot of canteens with a variety of dishes, trays with pastries, with beach accessories and supplies, souvenirs ... we will not repeat ourselves. After having lunch upon arrival in the hotel dining room, we then ate on the way from the beach or to the beach, turning this into another adventure for the children. But also from the minuses: the children did not appreciate the dishes of the dining room of the hotel. And then, it seemed to us that in the "maple" food is a little more expensive than in passing canteens. In addition, along the way we could take mineral water, and children an oxygen cocktail in the opened pavilion.

We were pleased with the location of our hotel and also the fact that along the way, at a maximum of 200 meters, there was a grocery store, a wine shop with local wines and cognac liqueurs, opposite there was a stall where delicious grilled chickens were cooked, the children ate the diet dish with pleasure.

Another of the pluses appreciated and its own separate maple beach. And this year it was not very far from the entrance to the beach. A little further from the central - "Parallia" and closer to the second, where on the border of paving stones and beach sand there is a fountain and the water park "Olympia" is built. The beach is small, but there was enough space for everyone and sunbeds. But it would be nice to add umbrellas. Therefore, as on any beaches: you will come earlier, you will take a place under an umbrella earlier.))) By the way, the maple beach was now open from 8.00 to 20.00. The sun beds were arranged by a special caretaker, but you could move them at will. Unlike the neighboring beach of another hotel, on which all the sunbeds were linked by a chain, and it was problematic to move the sunbed.

The bottom and the beach itself are sandy, as we needed for children, but the bottom is uneven. If opposite our beach it gradually deepened and then shallowed again, then passing perpendicularly deep place opposite our beach, opposite the neighboring one, it was already knee-deep. But in any case, children must be supervised. The water was clean throughout our stay. There were algae near the shore, but at a distance they were much smaller and even the bottom was visible.

About excursions. Prices for trips are the same everywhere, but the tours differed. Stalls with offers are also in a passing direction. Returning from the beach, we paid for the planned excursion to lotuses and mud on the Sea of ​​Azov. We were lucky that such an excursion was in our passing stall. Having carried out reconnaissance along other streets of the village, which are located higher from our hotel, we noticed there a slightly lower price for food, but there was no desired excursion in the excursion stalls.

The meeting point for the trip was also a stone's throw from the hotel. If we were picked up at 8.40, then even with small children we managed to have breakfast and get on the bus on time. By the way, for a 5-year break in visiting Krasnodar Territory, I was pleasantly surprised that the buses are now air-conditioned (which cannot be said about the trains). But from the minuses, along the way they stopped stopping at melons, where you could buy watermelons or melons for cheap earlier. And self-made cognacs and wines are no longer held in high esteem. But on the tour there was a free tasting of local factory wines, and we bought the Kuban Balsam we liked.

Returning to the hotel, it is worth noting that there is no traffic flow here, the hotel is located in a dead end lane. But from the minuses for many, and especially parents of wheelchair children: leaving the hotel gate, you have to overcome an impressive flight of stairs. Gangways for strollers are not all over the aisle, mothers and fathers lifted carriages in their arms, it was not easy for the elderly either. But whether this will be a big obstacle for you, everyone decides for himself. We treated it as a fitness exercise.
