At the same time, in other cases, refunds on unused tickets for a single trip are not made (in accordance with the Rules for the provision of services for the carriage of passengers by rail, as well as cargo, baggage and cargo luggage for personal, family, household and other needs not related to the implementation of entrepreneurial activity, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 03/02/2005 No. 111). Refunds for unused season tickets are made in the manner and in the cases stipulated by the Rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo luggage on federal railway transport, approved by Order of the Ministry of Railways of the Russian Federation of July 26, 2002 N 30.

Fulfillment of mutual obligations of the parties:

The obligation to pay for the electronic ticket is considered fulfilled by you from the moment you receive a notification from the relevant payment system about the fact of successful payment. The obligation to provide you with an electronic ticket is deemed to have been fulfilled by Aeroexpress from the moment the itinerary receipt is sent to your specified e-mail address or a link to the itinerary receipt in SMS to your phone number. A copy of the message sent to you with a link to the itinerary receipt, saved by Aeroexpress, is sufficient evidence of such sending.
