I bought a tour with my wife over the Internet, my budget and time was tight and I chose this hotel almost blindly on onlinetours.ru (the score was 7-something), took a ticket for 43500 (for a week) from Tui. After payment, a day later we went to tophotels.ru to get acquainted with the actual state of affairs. And they were terribly upset, with a large number of bad reviews, but there was hope (since we are simple people and not whimsical) that everything will be okay. I will say right away that there is a feeling that the rating and not only on this site about the hotel is clearly screwed up or written on purpose so that it does not seem so bad.
Drive from the airport (Antalya) to the hotel in about 2.5 hours. At the reception, my wife and I were at about 22:00 (09/27/19) It looks sad and old. At the reception, the main half-bald man who does not know what emotions are)). after filling out and photocopying the documents, we and 8 other people (a family with three small children (4 years old, 3 years old and a 7 month old baby), a couple of girls and a mother with a daughter) were taken to the dining room and to our surprise (since the canteen is open until 21: 00) they fed us - they gave us pasta with stewed zucchini (it was not bad). Then we returned to the reception and we were given room 2102, as it turned out later in the new building. The room is small, there is a balcony - this is a plus :), the air conditioner worked, but it was bad and even in the off mode it made sounds that made it difficult to fall asleep, there were 2 beds (1 double and 1 single) TV (did not turn on even once) mini bar (which cools maximum up to +10 degrees, and maybe up to +15 in total ...) the bathroom is also very small with an uncomfortable shower wall and a moldy ceiling. There was liquid soap and apparently shower gel, as well as a hairdryer (did not try him, because read the reviews that he can be electrocuted) there were no towels at check-in. hot water, there may be problems ... the shower hose is leaky, the toilet is dirty. In the room, something bit us at night, or bugs, or something else. The pillows are very uncomfortable .. Instead of a blanket, there were some holey hoes of gray color. Behind the wall, a family from Belarus with three children settled in room 2101, and we flew and rode the bus together and knew what awaited us ... We decided to go and ask for a change of number. Arriving at the empty reception, I found there only a sleeping Turk of old age with an open mouth and covered, either with a towel or a blanket)). A woman came in and began to look for information on the flight, I asked her what she could say about the hotel in a few words and received the following answer: "Run from here and as far as possible." A couple of minutes later, the man who settled us came (I apologize, but I didn't even recognize his name) I asked to go to our room and we explained to him that we were not satisfied and hinted that we were ready to pay, but he only looked at us in surprise, scratched turnip and said that he could and could help the next day, hours from 10-12, you need to come to him at the reception. After that we went to the bar (we really wanted to please ourselves somehow) and take a look around the territory. The bar had only beer and soda, although the Ai hotel ... Later we met a woman (she was crying) and told us that she and her friend were accommodated in the same room with our fellow travelers, which I wrote about above (a couple of girls and a mother with a daughter ) And so our eyes widened ... Later we met another family from Belarus, they told us that they were thrown into this hotel, due to the lack of free places in the hotel where they were going (they did not ask the name, we only know that it was 5 stars) they had a 3 day stay in this sump for tourists (the next day, through the efforts of their mother and a bunch of calls to the tour operator, they were still taken to another hotel with UAi 5 *. They found out that a man sleeping at the reception can calmly go to the men's toilet with the door open and wash your "personal belongings" in the sink to wash your hands. That the absence of alcohol at the bar is normal, that delicious food and the hotel are incompatible, that it turns out that we were lucky that we were settled in new building , in the old case it is much worse and people are settled with strangers ..... With these thoughts and a state of shock, we went to bed, knowingly deciding that the number (which we will most likely change to the same one for $ 40) after the information we learned, we will not change. Waking up in the morning, at about 8 am we went to breakfast. We didn't get pancakes (one of the most normal dishes there), we had to be content with scrambled eggs and watermelon. After we went to the sauna (on the website where the hotel was ordered, it was indicated that the sauna is free, this was also confirmed by the guide from Tui Pavel, but at the hotel they made us understand that it was paid), they took two ( they were clearly not washed and had an unpleasant smell) and went to the beach. Walk close for about 400m, including the underground passage) The sand on the beach is dirty and not particularly cleaned (there are small twigs, pebbles, cigarette butts everywhere) small pebbles when entering the water, and then either slabs or boulders ... in general, you need to enter carefully (I personally went up to the waist after swimming on the back) many people were in swimming slippers because it's really easy to get hurt and cut yourself on the stones. Another entry into the sea from the pier (you go down the stairs and immediately swim and return again, then the stones will not interfere with you;) The sea was clean and warm (25-26 degrees) there are few sun loungers (brown) in the neighboring territories they are white and the caretakers or security guards of other hotels are on guard so that you do not use them :( managed to join there because almost all the tourists speak Russian, by the way, we saw the animator in our hotel in action only on the last day, she conducted aqua aerobics in the hotel pool. On the beach from about 10:30 to 12 and from 15 until 17, cakes are baked (better take with potatoes), there is a mini-bar with tea, coffee, water and juices. By the way, all the water, in the bars from the cooler, no one will give you bottles here. The guide from Tui was Pavel - gave standard information, shared his phones for communication, for all occasions and offered once personal excursions, trips, etc. As it turned out later, he did not really take pipes from the people and in every possible way tried to avoid meeting them. for example, our neighbors with three children, who tried very hard through their own in Belarus and the local people responsible for the hotel to overpower them, because they were given the same number as ours, and so Pavel froze from them and avoided in every possible way, the local staff was the same loves to do and the absence of a bartender, people at the reception - this is in the order of things.
Our intuition saved us (we bought at Dyuti fries) and did not depend much on the bar, which very quickly ran out of wine, vodka, gin and sometimes even beer and soda. We are not particularly drinkers, we took a bottle of Rum, Gina and Sheridans with us. And they perfectly stretched them for the whole vacation :), they even treated those who shed tears in this terrible hotel. For those who did not manage to shop in the dyutik, you can do it in local shops - I would recommend Migros, as. the rest usually only have wine. We do not advise you to go for free (trip) shopping to Alanya, you will be brought to a special store, they will give you a personal manager and he will lick you and sniff the products in every possible way, warning in advance that nothing is sold here below $ 250 (except with rare exceptions) , if you suddenly decided and went and liked something very much, then know about 40-50% you can reset (supposedly they will bring the boss and he will make a discount) and then it's up to you to decide. On the plus side, you can drink coffee, wine, tea, water and whiskey for free (your personal manager will offer you).
The guide at the hotel will say that you do not try to take vouchers, excursions, etc. from outsiders, but this is his bread ...
On the way to the beach, on the left shortly before underpass, there is a shop with excursions (Alexandra works there - a miracle woman, she will show everything and even more, her vouchers are naturally cheaper, but everyone we knew there was very glad that they took vouchers from her, and not from the guide. and there and there is the same!
The territory of the hotel, as such, is absent, the buildings are separated by a road from which anyone can enter the pool, dining room, etc., so this is dangerous for small children.
The food in the hotel is sad and meager. Everything is almost always the same:
There is the first for lunch and dinner, if you have taken it, we advise you to throw in all the seasonings that lie next to forks, spoons and add pomegranate and lemon juices there (they are closer to the bread, next to the watermelon) - then it is delicious!
For breakfast, only pancakes are normal, something like scrambled eggs and watermelon (it's juicy, but not tasty) - that's for my taste.
As a side dish, delicious rice, good bulgur, I haven't tried pasta.

Chicken was given twice - it was served to everyone with hands without gloves ...
Chicken, fish are given several pieces in one plate, ask for more, they may refuse you and look at you crookedly and mumble something at the local. Food here ends quickly, so it's better not to be late!
Otherwise, everything is the same: tomatoes (like we have in winter in Moscow), cucumbers (sucks), different greens (bitter), local cheeses under different guises (salty and incomprehensible), then with one or the other, onions, bread, delicious vigorous pepper (small green) and watermelon.
Dishes can be dirty, broken, and plastic.
During my vacation, I came across rotten onions, tomatoes, watermelon, fish twice, my wife got a piece of rat droppings in bread or part of her tail. By the way, once the spouse was able to glimpse into the kitchen - she said that she had never seen such a homeless person and unsanitary conditions !!!
People in the hotel were periodically poisoned, we were saved by activated charcoal, mezim, but the main thing was a careful choice of products from the presented menu!
Poor quality alcoholic drinks, most likely watered down.
It is impossible to drink coffee at the bar (according to the spouse), as a result, we bought 3-in-1 bags in the store.
Once, walking to the room, I heard one of the hotel guests telling someone from the staff to kick the rat out of the bed in her room ....
According to the conversations of the guests who arrived before us, they said that they began to give fish and chicken after our arrival and sometimes even began to turn on a water slide (apparently due to the influx of people and a sea of complaints)
Twice there was a disco at the hotel (alcohol was poured there, but I personally did not like the music)

Lunch: an abundance of tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs (dill, arugula, parsley), onions, stewed vegetables, stewed beans, rice, pasta. The chicken was given every other day; there was no other meat. different cakes
Dinner: salads: Olivier, tomatoes with cucumbers, onions and mayonnaise, and just tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, herbs. The fried fish is delicious. Sometimes stewed chicken was served for dinner. Some fried sausages, but I didn't like it.
Beach. There are no towels on the beach, but on the way to the beach, on the territory of the hotel, there is a shop there for only one dollar you can buy a cotton mat, and a towel for 3-5-10-15 $ depending on the size. There are sun loungers and mattresses on the beach, inflatable pools for children (rent is included in the price of the tour). Beach sand and small pebbles. Upon entering the water, I was disappointed: stones. The next day I walked along the coast (to the left) and after 2-3 minutes I saw happiness :) entrance: sand with small pebbles! there I swam, enjoying, all 9 days.
There is a massage parlor on site. There is a Hamam (bath), sauna, and massage rooms. On the first day I paid $ 20 and enjoyed it! They washed me !, did a full body peeling, a mask on the face, + a trial massage for 15 minutes. Then they treated me to delicious pomegranate tea and (which surprised me) told all my problems that I knew about from the MRI scans. The masseur's hands are golden! Entertainment: the hotel has a very charming DJ Arif and assistant Hakan, a nice boy. But the people were not active and the disco took place only a couple of times.

Rested in this "Hotel" from 21.10. until 27.10.2018. Let's start with the fact that our family can be called “Travelers with experience”, for 9 years we have been with two children in 16 countries; rested in hotels with different categories: 5 * in Turkey (2017), 4 * - Dominican Republic, Morocco, Egypt and Poland, 3 * - Malta, Cyprus, Tunisia, Germany, Madeira, Lithuania. In Greece, the hotel had no stars at all. All the time we flew from Polish travel agencies, now we flew from the Russian one (the tour was provided by the Pegasus Turistik company).
One gets the impression that Sunside was bought out at its residual value and finished off until it collapses, squeezing out everything that is possible, while they are sold here. inexpensive vouchers... As for the number of stars, this is probably “one star” - or it’s not a hotel, but a hostel. In a word, simply - horror. A little about the hotel itself:
The hotel is located on the first line from the sea. The hotel also has its own beach, though dirty and by no means sandy - there are a lot of stones, especially at the entrance to the sea; there are sun loungers, but some are broken, there are some greasy mattresses on the sun loungers. There is also a "bar" on the beach - it is difficult to call it a bar: if it is open, then you can take coffee, tea, some soft drinks (there is no alcohol on the beach).
The hotel includes two buildings of five floors, the rooms are shabby, the tiles in the toilet are dirty, the plumbing is dirty, the furniture is in good condition, but very old and dilapidated. Two swimming pools - for adults and children. The water is not heated or filtered, it does not smell of bleach either - on the third day the pool bloomed.
The TV is old, lamp, there is an air conditioner - faulty, the remote control is broken. NO Fi-WI, - at the reception it is paid - $ 2 per day - how is that? The room was not cleaned for 5 days. Once they took out the trash and added toilet paper.
Service and nutrition. Let's start with the fact that upon arrival at the hotel at the reception we were met by an unknown friend without identification marks, explained that we need to go to dinner, and then we will be accommodated. The suitcases were left at the reception. It is difficult to call this place a bar and even more so a restaurant, several dishes for dinner (rice, lentils or beans, zucchini, eggplants, sometimes boiled potatoes and a salad of boiled eggs, only one hot dish per evening - we observed fish, meatballs or cutlets , chicken stomachs or hearts), several trays with the same salad, greens: parsley, arugula, Chinese cabbage. But a lot of watermelons and apples are all made from fruits. There are no oranges, tangerines or pomegranates - well, or in the store next door for $ 1 per kg.
Upon arrival at the reception, we were given all-inclusive bracelets, and again they explained that our room would be ready, after about 30 minutes they would clean it up, all this time we could wait in the bar.
Food of this hotel- this is by no means "all inclusive", from alcohol - beer, dry white and red wine. The impression is that the wine is periodically diluted (well, if only with water). Beer periodically runs out, however, as well as wine and coffee. The bartender can leave the bar for about 30-40 minutes, run and look for him. You can ask at the reception and then they will call him and he will return to his workplace. The cuisine is very strange, one gets the impression that they are preparing from what was left from the last day, you can find cold pasta with cottage cheese, cold potatoes with some kind of spices, all dishes contain fennel and parsley. The plates are different, apparently old, drinks are poured into plastic disposable cups at the bar. During the entire stay in the "Sunside Hotel" there were no elementary table knives in the "restaurant" !!! - is it like a four ?! On the last day, the bar ran out of alcohol, beer and red wine in the morning (and did not bring it), obviously diluted white wine ran out in the evening. Evening Buffet, as it should be for "All inclusive", was that the staff brought out the same dishes to all guests, rice and chicken, salad, nothing dressed, some sweets. There was no alcohol !!! All inclusive - damn it !!!
The staff does not have a definite uniform, or even badges, what kind of person walks around the hotel - you cannot understand. The impression was that the hotel has only 2 bartenders, a waiter and one unknown laborer-handyman who plows from morning to night everywhere, from cleaning the area to dispersing the water after the rain.
In short, if you want to ruin your vacation, then you are here. I really do not recommend it to you. This hotel is a ghetto for Russians. Tourists from other nations simply will not survive here, so they are not here.
