In order to check your application on the Anex Tour website, you need to know its number, as well as the passport number of one of the tourists.

You can ask your travel agent for a request number after booking. This number usually consists of 7 digits, but can be longer. If a travel agent refuses to give the request number, then, apparently, he has something to hide: the tour was not booked, not paid for, or cancelled.
