The only line that operates at the airport is the Northern line R2 Nord. Trains run every 30 minutes from 5:42 to 23:38.

Tarragona

Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya
From the airport to Plaza Catalunya, which is the very center of Barcelona, there are blue buses with the Aerobus sign. The letters A1 and A2 indicate which terminal they go to, i.e. A1 goes to terminal T1 and A2 goes to terminal T2. They run every 10-15 minutes during the day, at night N17 and N16 run once an hour.
This service has its own website aerobusbcn.com. Everything is written very conveniently and accessible. There are several stops along the route in the city itself. At the time of writing this article, the fare is 5.90 euros one way, and 10.20 euros round trip, with a return ticket valid for 14 days. Children under 4 years old travel free of charge.
A year ago, I came across a couple of reviews from 2011-2012, which mentioned the price for aerobus A1 and A2 - 3 euros one way. What I mean is that everything becomes more expensive over time, and if you are planning to fly to Barcelona on your own, do not be lazy and go to the carrier’s website, which is listed above, to make sure that the expected price of the trip is correct.

- you have quite large and bulky luggage, with which it’s not at all fun to walk to the bus stop, and even less fun to get from the final stop to the hotel itself, because Let me remind you that the bus will take you to central square city or another stop along the way, and then you figure out how best to get to your hotel, either on foot or by public transport within the city.

And we did not use this method of transportation, because... Our hotel was in the very center of the city, and the presence of traffic jams on the road could delay us a little on the way.
Traveling from El Prat Airport by commuter train
Hooray! We finally reached the mode of transport we used to get to the center of Barcelona. Barcelona Airport has its own train station, which is located near terminal T2. If you suddenly arrive at terminal T1, then read the first part of my article, where I wrote how you can get from terminal T1 to terminal T2. The name of the train route is Rodalies de Catalunya.
Because Suburban trains are part of Barcelona's urban transport system, and the airport station is located within zone No. 1, then T10 tickets are quite suitable for us, because by purchasing it, the cost of one trip will be 10.30 euros / 10 = 1.03 euros.
