Due to the heavy workload of the hotel, we (for 3 adults) got only one card to enter the room. It was not critical as we stayed for one night. Access to the entertainment area, which is located outside the hotel, turned out to be inconvenient. The elevator to get to the playground did not work when we were going to the playground - we were going down the stairs. After a month of traveling, I wanted to spend the last four days in comfort and coziness. Therefore, we chose this hotel. Upon check-in, they found that there were no bathrobes, at the reception they said that they would bring them now. They carried us all the time of our stay, but they did not report. In the morning, starting at 7 o'clock, the phone was constantly ringing, asked at the reception, we were told that this could not be. They advised to turn it off, since it interferes. But in the toilet, it does not turn off, there it is built into the wall. Therefore, we woke up on the first call. The room was overlooking an unfinished building. At night, we were pleased with the garbage truck, loading containers stored somewhere under our windows. When the a la carte restaurant was ordered, we were offered a second visit if we rate it highly on the booking. At the restaurant, we waited forty minutes for the dish, having tasted which, we ran to the main restaurant in order to have time to eat, because it was impossible to eat fish. In the snack bar by the pools, they asked the chef to wrap up a kebab, to which he honestly looked into his eyes and said that there was self-service, and pretended not to understand English when he was shown the Germans who were standing in front of us, and to whom he only that, with us, he made two kebabs. The beach is not 1.5 kilometers away, it takes about 10 minutes by bus. The bus runs once an hour, and is always packed. There are not enough sun loungers on the beach. Defective shower. Sand in cigarette butts. There is no changing room, you have to use the toilet. The hotel says that from 23 to 00 hours you can come for a late dinner, we did not have time for the main dinner, and wanted to stop by for a meal. At 23.10 a crowd of people stood in the restaurant and looked at the empty tanks. Then they brought out some kind of soup and bread. Some of the people just turned around and left. You can only drink alcohol in the bar, which is sold for money. Everything else is of disgusting quality. Leaving the hotel, we forgot two expensive shirts and an evening dress in the room. We found it already at home, sorting things out. They immediately wrote to the hotel.

We rode around Turkey a lot and we love it very much, we used to have a rest with an older child, now with a younger one. This was our worst hotel choice. All pluses overlap minuses: 1. After a foam party near the pool, no one washed the floors, everything was in slippery foam, it was dangerous to walk, one vacationer fell and was injured. 2. The hotel is overcrowded, the number of children per sq. meter rolls over in a very small area. Only those without children can afford to go to the pool area +16. you can't leave them alone on another pool and slides. 3. The area for games upstairs is unkempt and small, a foot playground is not a playground, but a patch. 4. To the manager: stop saving on trifles, buy seats for the amphitheater!
