In the center of the forest park there is a round clearing, from which eight walking alleys diverge in different directions. The park, unlike the Kuskovo estate, is open to the public at any time of the day. There are three picnic areas here.
Free points (two areas, each with five tables with benches and barbecues) are located along Rassvetnaya Alley Street in the northwestern part of the forest park. In the central part of the park behind the Big Palace Pond in a fenced area (3rd Museum Street, building 40) there are seven houses equipped with barbecues for family recreation. Renting a house costs 1000 rubles per hour.
Botany lovers will find a lot of interesting things in Kuskovo: the forest park is home to plants listed in the Red Book of Moscow, including common cornflower, lily of the valley and broad-leaved bellflower. More than ten linden and oak trees aged 200–250 years also grow here.

Several years ago, the park on the shore of Moscow's largest pond was transformed into a landscaped recreation area with 19 gazebos with barbecues, 20 gazebos for quiet relaxation, football fields, ping-pong tables, children's and sports grounds and tennis courts.
Eco-parking lots with 750 spaces and a bicycle path were built here, and more than 500 benches were installed. At the same time, in the park there are zones that belong to specially protected natural areas: springs, streams and swamps. Plantings of fruit crops have been preserved here, as well as rare plants - Walnut, hazel and so on.
Mitinsky (Novogorsky) forest park

There are 11 picnic points here. You should look for them in the forest area from the Pyatnitskoye Highway. Keep in mind that on Yandex maps the Mitinsky Forest Park is designated as “Novogorsky”.
Vacationers will find old spruce forests interspersed with oaks and birches, as well as beautiful views of the Skhodnya River valley, which flows along the eastern edge of the forest park.
Not far from the forest park there is the Mitino landscape park. Those interested can walk along the shore of the Penyaginsky pond, shaped like a dog, relax on the mini-beach, ride a bike, play volleyball or work out on exercise equipment. There are also ancient burial mounds on the territory of the landscape park, so this place is perfect for history buffs.
Natural and historical park "Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo"

This huge park with an area of 237 hectares, located in the north-west of the capital, is very popular among lovers of a quiet and relaxing holiday in nature.
On the territory of the park there is the noble estate of the same name Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo, several ponds, and a spring with the purest spring water. The park has a lot of pines, oaks and larches and almost no annoying poplar fluff.
There are seven picnic points for barbecue makers.

How much is the fine for lighting fires in the wrong place?
Lighting a fire and using barbecues in all forested areas of Moscow, with the exception of specially designated areas, is prohibited. Violators face a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles.
Even if barbecue cooking is permitted, this does not mean that nearby trees can be used for firewood - only coal is allowed to be used as fuel, and for illegal cutting there is a fine of 5 to 200 thousand rubles.
In addition, you need to remember that the park is a public place, so you can’t drink alcohol here - a bottle of beer can cost 300 rubles, and for an addiction to stronger alcohol you will have to pay the state up to 700 rubles.
