The bath towels require replacement - they are too washed out. The hotel fully corresponds to the stated level and price. The food is excellent, varied, everything is fresh. In the morning at breakfast, you can make your own freshly squeezed orange juice (but only in the summer - until November). The water park is the real one on site. Small in area, but more than suitable with children. We were at the end of the season (late October - early November), the water, of course, was cooler than in the sea, but still, with a 6-year-old child, we calmly rode down the slides and swam along the “lazy” river. All day in bars there are various drinks and ice cream. There were many animators, they entertained children during the day (but only until November, then there was only one animator until the start of the season). We liked the way the rooms were cleaned; the linen was changed every other day or two. The only thing is, don’t forget to throw the towels on the floor, otherwise they won’t replace them with clean ones (at first I forgot to leave them on the floor and had to run to the reception for fresh ones). The hotel is located well - behind the fence there is a local amusement park, in the center. Although there is no beach nearby, walking to the beach for 10-15 minutes at a calm pace along the embankment did not bother me at all))) The staff is very good - friendly and helpful)). We came for one stay, and ended up extending our stay for another week. And if necessary, I will happily stay at this hotel again!

But this does not apply to Cyprus

Simply excellent accommodation, the food was incredibly tasty and very often, it was simply impossible to remain without food, there were few holidaymakers near the pool, linen was changed and the room was cleaned almost every day, delicious alcoholic cocktails, very friendly staff, they try to help and advise in different situations. For 7 days there was never any rain, only very warm weather and a very rich fruity-floral smell of the air... Cyprus is a divine place in the mix with this hotel, but only in season!

The hotel and its territory are more reminiscent of 3*, and not the declared 4*: it’s time to change the sun loungers (some of them are torn or dented), some of the umbrellas are also shabby, the rooms are modest, there are no double beds, they connect 2 single beds, but they move apart.

The hotel is located right in the city center, close to Luna Park (amusement park), various shops and cafes, the port of Ayia Napa is a 10-minute walk, nightclubs are a 10-minute walk, the beach is a 15-minute walk, you need to go to Nissi Beach: by car 5 minutes for public transport I can’t tell you haven’t used it. Nice buffet, has everything! Even pasta with mussels and king prawns and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. I didn’t like the drinks on the all-inclusive system: the juices were tasteless, as if they were diluted, there were only three non-alcoholic cocktails versus probably 20 alcoholic ones, which were also so-so. The hotel has 3 swimming pools: 1 large with a shallow entrance, 1 for children and 1 shallow with a net for ball games. The hotel also has a small but real water park with different slides: for both the little ones and adults, there is even a wave pool. There is daytime animation near the pool and evening animation from 21:00.

We stayed in a standard double room. The door to the bathroom did not close, apparently it was warped. The drain in the shower did not work well, as a result, water overflowed outside the bathroom - they only cleaned it on the second request. During the rain, we lived on the second floor, due to the uneven threshold, there was a flood in the room, everything flowed from the street to us. When we contacted the reception in the evening, they said that there were no cleaning staff and handed us towels, so we could clean everything ourselves. When asked about eliminating the problem itself, they answered: “Here, when it rains, our house floods.” That is, they were not going to solve the problem. The air conditioner also did not work, we asked the reception to fix it 3 times, but no one came to fix it, it turned out that the batteries were dead, which we changed ourselves. The fact is that in March it is still quite cool at night, and air conditioning is the only means of heating; as a result, for 3 nights it was damp as in a swamp. The toilet seat was hanging on one bolt, but I didn’t have the strength to go and dismantle this problem anymore.

Cons: - The hotel is old, although they are trying to renovate it for the season, but the musty smell in the rooms (especially the lower floor), in the lobby, and in the indoor pool area is simply terrible. - there is no room cleaning. For 7 days our room was not cleaned, the trash was not taken out, the towels were not changed. We asked for several days to change our room (from the 1st floor to the 2nd). On the 3rd day we moved. And that was the only day we checked into a clean room. - nutrition. Breakfast is very poor. Dinner the first 2 days was delicious, although the choice was small. The rest of the days I had to choose something,because the dishes were half-cooked or, on the contrary, overcooked/overcooked. I will write my review exclusively about the hotel because I don’t understand why most hotel reviews begin with long stories about flights, screaming children at the airport or a guide who “sniffs” excursions, because this in no way reflects the level and quality of the hotel itself. So, Panthea is a 4* hotel that corresponds to its star rating, the hotel is located on the main street of Ayia Napa - Nissi Avenue on the second coastline, but there is a vacant lot in front of the hotel, so there are categories of rooms that offer sea views. Near the hotel there are a lot of shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, and an amusement park. There is a beautiful promenade on the sea, along which you can walk to the very center of Ayia in 10 minutesNapa. At the hotel large water park, there is a heated pool and open pool- all is clear. The area is well-groomed, green, at the end of the season it is noticeable that new palm trees have been planted. There is a mini club Tukan, animation, evening shows. The rooms are renovated, clean, snow-white bed, good plumbing. The room has air conditioning and flat screen TV. kettle, hairdryer (adapter required), cups, safe - for an additional fee according to the hotel concept! on the first floor there is a terrace, on the second floor there are large balconies on which there are a table and two chairs, and a clothes dryer. Arrived on November 28, left on December 4. We checked in immediately upon arrival, the receptionist doesn’t speak Russian, but they try to understand my clumsy English and the most interesting thing is that they always understand! The food is excellent, you don’t even have to take All-in. The hotel is excellently located. There are a lot of shops nearby, there is a McDonald's, but we didn't go there, the hotel food was enough for us + you can buy it in stores if necessary.
Behind the hotel there is access to the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach, but this is not a problem. There is a path in both directions. To the left you can walk in 10 minutes to the port, there is a good municipal sand beach, if you walk another 20 minutes, you can come to the Sculpture Park and famous bridge lovers. If you go to the right from the hotel, there will be several beaches along the way, including Nissi. Walking distance from the hotel is no more than 40-50 minutes, walking along the sea.
We didn’t plan to take any excursions; we like to go everywhere ourselves. The guide’s story about the excursions was not at all interesting, especially since there was confusion with them; the guide herself did not know when their buses left.
You can go from the hotel across the road up the street, there you go to the Ayia Napa monastery and the stele. I also advise you to get to Cape Cavo Greco. There is a bus stop near the hotel, route 101 - call the driver “Cavo Greco” - a bus ticket costs 1.5 euros per person. The drive is no more than 15 minutes, the driver will announce a stop himself. Route 102 goes back to Ayia Napa. Get to Larnaca, Protaras, etc. yourself is not a problem.
There is no language barrier. At the hotel we always had Russian-speaking girls at the reception, and Cypriots, in principle, understand Russian quite well, and they can also explain it in English. Overall, I really liked the holiday, although late March - early April is not yet the season, but it is the time of flowering. Since April 1, there have been more and more tourists. If you are not a fan of parties and want to enjoy the silence, then the end of March is the time to go, just take a light jacket with you.

We visited the hotel in August. One of the downsides is the cleaning - for the first three days no one came at all, then we went to the reception and everything became ok, we had to go almost every day, but after the reception everything got better. Reception - excellent girls, both English-speaking and Russian-speaking, although Russian-speaking ones are less friendly and are always very busy with something. So, if you know a little English, feel free to contact anyone, you’ll figure it out! There is no need to swear, all problems are resolved very quickly. In principle, if this does not bother you, then everything else is a plus.

I hereby, being the Customer of tourist services included in the tourism product, and the authorized representative of the persons (tourists) specified in the Application, give consent to the Agent and his authorized representatives to process my data and the data of persons (tourists) contained in the Application: last name, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, gender, citizenship, series, passport number, other passport data indicated in the passport; residence and registration address; home and mobile phone; E-mail address; as well as any other data relating to my identity and the identity of the persons specified in the Application, to the extent necessary for the implementation and provision of tourism services, including those included in the tourism product generated by the Tour Operator, for any action (operation) or set of actions ( operations) performed with my personal data and the data of the persons specified in the Application, including (without limitation) collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as carrying out any other actions provided for by current legislation Russian Federation, using automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, or without the use of such tools, if the processing of personal data without the use of such tools corresponds to the nature of the actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools, that is, it allows for in accordance with a given algorithm, searching for personal data recorded on a tangible medium and contained in file cabinets or other systematized collections of personal data, and/or access to such personal data, as well as transfer (including cross-border) of this personal data to the Tour Operator and third parties - partners of the Agent and Tour Operator.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, for the purpose of processing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to the consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

I hereby confirm that the personal data provided by me to the Agent is reliable and can be processed by the Agent and his authorized representatives.

I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.

I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.

I agree that the text of my consent to the processing of personal data, given by me of my own free will, in my interests and in the interests of the persons specified in the Application, is stored electronically in a database and/or on paper and confirms the fact of consent to process and transfer personal data in accordance with the above provisions and take responsibility for the accuracy of the provision of personal data.

This consent is given for an indefinite period and can be withdrawn by me at any time, and insofar as it concerns a specific person, the subject of personal data specified in the Application, by the specified person by sending a written notice to the Agent by mail.

I hereby confirm that my rights as a subject of personal data have been explained to me by the Agent and are clear to me.
