1.3. 3. The powers of the committee

The Committee for the implementation of the tasks provided for in Section 2 of this Regulation possesses the following powers:

The specified collegium decision approved the Regulation on the Advisory Committee on Electric Power Industry and the composition of the Committee.

Over the past period, 12 meetings of the Committee were held:

1st meeting was held on November 23, 2012 in Moscow;

5th meeting - February 25, 2015 in Moscowe;

6th meeting - March 18, 2016 in Moscowe;

7th meeting - April 18, 2016 in Moscowe;

8th meeting - May 23, 2016 in Moscow;

9th meeting - May 27, 2016 in Moscow;

10th meeting - January 26, 2018 in Moscow:

11th meeting - February 07, 2019 in Moscow.

In order to prompt discussion and coordination of issues of the formation of a common electric power market of the Unionthe Committee from July 8, 2014 created the Subcommittee on the formation of the general electricity market for the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Subcommittee). From the moment of its creation, 10 meetings of the Subcommittee were held (August 282014 , 2-3 October2014 , October 13-142014 , November 13-14, 2014, August 25, 2015, December 23-24, 2015, January 26-27, 2016, February 17-18, 2016, April 4-5, 2016, May 16, 2016.).

The disposal of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of February 24, 2015 No. 9 approved the updated composition of the Committee.

The disposals of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of October 12, 2015 No. 112, dated March 9, 2016 No. 19 and dated June 14, 2016 No. 83 made appropriate changes to the Consultative Committee on Electric Power Engineering.

Order of the College of the Eurasian Economic Commission from August 30, 2016 № 122 Amended the consultative committee from the Kyrgyz Republic and determined thatmember of the College (Minister) for Energy and Infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Commission Zhunusov AO. Chairs at the meetings of the Advisory Committee on Electric Power industry (Chairman of the Advisory Committee).
