The opening of the new Outlet Center has become an ordinary practice in countries Western Europe and in the USA. Not so long ago, the first outlet in Ukraine opened, welcoming guests in a small town near Kiev.

What awaits visitors?

The shopping complex "Manufactura", created in the format of the outlet, offers buyers of discounts (up to 30%) on the collection of clothing, accessories and world-class brands shoes. Outlet "Manufactura" became the place of concentration of boutiques of such popular manufacturers like Lacoste, Lagerfield, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Giorgio Armani, Christian Dior, Versace, Ralph Lauren, Dsquared, Fendi, Kenzo, Valentino, Chloe, Roberto Cavalli, Trussardi and many others! In total, "manufactory" is about hundreds of boutiques.

Replenishment of the wardrobe is successfully combined with good pastime. On the territory of the outlet there are excellent restaurants, cafes and shops offering their own pastries in a wide range. Family campaign will not become a boring shopping, as the children's playground with fascinating rides and slides are opened for kids. And older children and their fathers will be able to take their time with their favorite games and films in a special allotted zone with free Wi-Fi. Late on the last bus or did not have time to get around all the boutiques in one day? In the Outlet-town "Manufactory" there is a hotel where you can rent a cozy room for a little money.

There are things that reach me like a giraffe. While most people managed to visit the MANUFACTURE Outlet, I just recently decided to visit this paradise. The most popular form of outlet is outlet-towns, located beyond the city. Manufactory is the first such city-outlet in Ukraine.

How to get to Outlet Manufactory?
Outlet Manufactory is located near Kiev, in the village of Khodosayevka, and it is not necessary to get there, because a free minibus goes into the manufactory.

A free minibus to manufactory walks from the metro station Vedubichi (platform 18 on the bus station) and the metro station Poznyaki. Attention: at the time of publication, the minibus did not go from the station Lybedskaya (but perhaps already goes). I was driving from the car station.

What to do in manufactory?
I arrived in a manufactory at 11 am and was in a light shock from what I saw there. Void, absolute lifelessness. As in some thriller, when all people disappeared, and you remained alone on the ground. And what shopping may be talking about? There is at least to find a living person to check if mankind still extinct! Fuh, found - first a security guard, and then several outlet workers. There were no visitors at that time - not one. And then I felt myself Macolai Kalkin in the "one house" - Yuhuu, you can create anything and fault 🙂 okay, okay, in the modern world it means that it's time to be photographed. Do not have to cut people from photos? This is victory!

In fact, after 13 people began to appear, but there were very few them for the whole town. Potential buyers are even smaller, mainly the same as me, the people who came just to see.

Outlet Manufactory is real beautiful town. I can not imagine how much money is invested here. It seems that you are in Europe, but at the same time you understand that this impression is deceptive and more likely feel yourself in the shooting pavilion, where someone is about to say "Motor! Shooting! ", Rather than in the present European city.

On the territory of the manufactory there is everything you need for life - cafes, restaurants, and even the hotel. That's just to whom it all consumes not entirely understandable. I do not know whether it is always here or only in my shift? Hmmm, this lifeless has completely depressed.

Prices
Nowhere, you will not see so many words "Sale" one square meter, like here. And it seems with a 70% discount, any thing will cost cheap, but no. Prices in manufactory are just dear. This is clearly not for those who brought here on a free minibus. It can be seen how many went to the shops and immediately went out with the words "where are discounts?". Of course there are discounts, but if the thing initially cost 50 thousand UAH, well, it would not be for one thousand. For my stay there, I did not notice anyone to come out with the purchase. I am sure that those who can afford branded things will prefer to go to Milan outlets than in the Kiev region.

And now in the cemetery
After I realized that everything was already looking at the manufactory, it was decided to climb the glorious mountain, which is behind the manufactory. The planer Mount is famous for the fact that this is a great place to fly on Paraglider and from there opens beautiful view. Well, I went to check whether it really is. That's just who would warn that there, at the top, the cemetery. It was just not enough ... especially to me, a person who is panicked by cemeteries.

After visiting the outlet there is a feeling of emptiness. Another proof that beautiful wrapper is not as important outside as the filling inside. And I have not gone to the taste to taste. I know that there are often entertainment events there and maybe at that time there is a little more life and fun. But I do not agree to ride yourself.
A trip to Outlet Manufacture was as part of my project and know what? It would seem that this is the easiest trip where the free minibus brings you, but it was on this trip that I had the first notes despair. I so much wanted to break out of this piece of artificial Europe and go further to see this area, but I could not do it without a car. This project is first of all checking yourself for strength, as far as I have enough to ride in Ukraine without a car. And so, she, the first fatigue, which of course very quickly forgotten and I am ready to continue this experiment, showing on my example that traveling in Ukraine without a car is possible, albeit hard.

Manufactory or Outlet Town Located near Kiev to the side of Khodosaevka. And being nearby, we did not miss the moment to see what is this new structure.

To be honest, we were not very interested in boutiques, they are in an outlet town a huge amount, especially for Shopaholiki, I will provide a list of brands at the bottom of the article. Well, we attracted a fabulous town.

Neat brick houses with beautiful roofs reminded us of Holland. Sorry that being inBerlin We did not make such a wicked flight, but apparently still ahead.

The first thing I want to say this respect to the organizers Manufactory. The territory is well-groomed, as they say, neither dust, no sorts. Wide alliances are very cool and interesting. There is something to see and walk around. In Outlet, there is interesting sculptures, flowering flower beds, bridges, thrown through transparent reservoirs, romantic swing and much more.

For children posted: entertainment Center Under the name "Dakland", a room for caring for small ducts, as well as trampolines and playgrounds. For weekends and holidays in manufactory, a variety of master classes, exhibitions, festivals are arranged. In general, what just do not do to lure more people! We drove into the manufactory on Friday after work, there were very few people, it's a pity that only the sun was not happy on this day, but the photo, in my opinion, turned out good. Looking through them, I have a feeling that I am not in Ukraine.

On the territory of the Outlet of the town there is a cafe, restaurant and sushi bar, we can say that you will not die with hunger. Especially near the supermarket. Prices did not specify, at home we were waiting for a delicious Friday dinner baked potatoes with mushrooms and chicken fences. Mmmm was very tasty.)

In the central part of the town rises the chapel, which is calling every hour. As well as in manufactory, you can see huge Dutch boots called Clamus. The first time I heard them from Ellina on a blog, and now I finally saw them alive. Only they are huge here, they will not bring them with them like a souvenir.

Next is free parking and design Hotel. I do not know what it means, but apparently he is invented for avid shopaholics who came with overnight.
