Konyaalti is a fairly large district of Antalya, which includes about a dozen smaller ones, such as Gursu, Liman, Khurma and so on. All of them are quite beautiful and intensively developing. But, nevertheless, when choosing the place where you are going to stay for the period of your stay, it is worth paying attention to many nuances that, subsequently, may affect the convenience, for one reason or another. First of all, it depends on what time of year you are going to come and what you expect from your vacation. If we talk about the winter period, it is clear that beach holidays were not taken as a basis, because at this time, although you can swim in the sea, the water in which never drops below +17 degrees (in the coldest time), and even manage to sunbathe on sunny days, you still can’t call it full-fledged. Therefore, in this case, it is better to settle a little further from the coastline, where it is damp in winter and cold sea winds blow, for example in the Khurma region, closer to the mountains. But since the bulk of tourists come to Antalya, and in this case to Konyaalti, precisely for the sea and the sun, we will consider this issue from the point of view beach holiday in the summer. I'll tell you about several interesting areas, and you can choose more for yourself. suitable option for the future. 
So, I’ll start from the very edge, the entrance to Antalya from Kemer, where the Konyaalti region begins. The first small, inland area is Sary Su (which translates as Yellow Water). He is quite young and developing. Just a year and a half ago, two new beaches were equipped here, with a wonderful recreation area, which immediately became a favorite vacation spot. local residents from all over Antalya. Moreover, one beach is designed specifically only for women, which is called Kadınlar Plajı(Women's beach). 
The place is amazing, this is the Konyaalti beach area, which is located behind the seaport. But, I want to note that there are no hotels in this area and you can only stay here in rented real estate, which is represented by apartments and a small number of villas. I will add that the distance to the beach is at least one and a half thousand meters, which will have to be covered on foot or by transport. But that's not even the worst thing. The trouble with this area is the immediate proximity of wastewater treatment plants, which are making their presence felt. Therefore, I do not recommend settling here, although the prices for accommodation will be the most attractive.
Next comes the Liman district, 
which starts from the port and stretches along the coast of Konyaalti beach and more than a thousand meters inland to the Khurma area. I can immediately say that for a beach holiday, from my point of view, this is the best option. Firstly, it starts from the sea itself. From the nearest properties to the beach, just cross the road. Large selection of real estate, both hotels and the private sector. Moreover, hotels of very different levels, from five to two stars. 
There are more cheap options, type of boarding houses. Prices, as you understand, depend on many factors. Double rooms with breakfast in an inexpensive hotel start at fifty dollars per night. A three-room apartment near the beach costs about the same. The further from the sea, the cheaper you can find housing, but hotels further than three hundred meters from the beach (behind the street Ataturka Boulevard), is no longer available and you can only rent apartments. What else is good about this area? On Tuesdays, there is a mobile market in Liman, where you can find everything. Vegetables, fruits, fish and seafood, cheeses, various spices and oriental sweets. 
In addition, clothes, shoes, and other goods are sold here. In a word, you can find everything your heart desires, and at the most low prices. The advantages of this area include the large availability of public transport, which goes to different points of Antalya, including the airport. There are many different cafes, restaurants and other catering establishments in Liman where you can eat well and not expensively. 
The number of grocery and other stores cannot be counted, since they are located on the ground floors of almost every house along the streets. And since Liman is a young and residential area of the city, there are no industrial or other enterprises here. No wonder Konyaalti beach was awarded the blue flag. So I advise you to choose this area. 
In order to save money, some people stay in the Khurma area, where rent is cheaper. It is even younger than Liman and is now being intensively built up. Its attractiveness is not only in the rental price, but also in the fact that it is located at the foot of the mountains, and the air here is much better and cleaner. There are no hotels here and everyone rents apartments. 
The beach is not that far away, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk, and by public transport, for two lira, you can get to the sea in a couple of minutes. So, as an option, it’s worth taking a closer look at this area. Currently, many foreigners, including our compatriots, are buying real estate here. And this is not without reason. There is an opinion that Khurma will become one of the elite areas of Antalya when it is completely built up. Now you can buy a two-room apartment here for forty thousand (euro), but prices are rising rapidly every year. 
Near Arap I shove, which is also located on the first line of Konyaalti beach, a large selection of hotels and other real estate. Its convenience is that it is within walking distance Aquarium, and shopping mall Migros 5M and amusement park Aktur Park. 
And there is also Miniature Museum MINI CITY, where the most famous architectural structures of Turkey are presented, made in miniature. But a large number of hotels, in this case, is rather a minus, since the beach area is too crowded at high season. But in general the area is also quite good. 
In addition to these, three more areas overlook the beach: Altynkum, Gyursu and Kushkava, but there, for the most part, there are residential buildings and villas, which are also rented out to tourists.
This is a description of the areas that are part of Konyaalti. I think that I was able to clearly describe their features in order to form some idea and make a certain choice.
Concerning family vacation with children, then no matter what area you choose, it will be suitable in any case to feel comfortable and calm. All conditions have been created for children. Playgrounds are located at a distance of no more than one hundred to one hundred and fifty meters from each other. 
In any store you can find everything you need (baby food, baby care and hygiene products). The pharmacies are located not too far from each other, and in Liman there is even a place where three pharmacies operate nearby (right in the bazaar area). So you can safely go on vacation to Konyaalti, and the large number of Russian-speaking people around you will not let you feel remote from your homeland.

Still, when you live in a city for such a long time, you want to see not only the sights, but also feel like a local resident. To begin with, of course, we explored the districts of Antalya and their neighborhoods in which our daily life took place - Khurma and Liman, located in the Konyaalti region. Then we wandered around historical center, Kaleici, Işiklal street. On the way to the airport, while traveling by car, we got acquainted with the Northern regions of Antalya. Another large prestigious microdistrict, Lara, was not overlooked.
In general, Antalya is administratively divided into three large districts or districts: Muratpasa, Konyaalti and Kepez. Further, as is customary here, large areas are divided into microdistricts. For example, in Konyaalti there are 7 such microdistricts - Arapsuyu, Uluch, Gyursu, Ujaly, Khurma, Liman and Sarysu. In the largest district of Muratpasa there are 64 of them, including the center, Lara, which itself is divided into a dozen blocks. Kepez is a former town that has become part of Antalya.
Hurma and Liman are the tourist areas of the greater Konyaalti area in Antalya.
First of all, I think the Khurma microdistrict in Konyaalti is of interest. This is where Russian-speaking residents of Antalya often live. This is what it looks like on the map:
If it is important for you that the road to the sea is much shorter, then you need to choose the Liman microdistrict. The quality and prices of the site here are higher than in Khurma, but you can find very good options. The microdistrict itself can also be divided into two parts: the one up to Ataturk Avenue and the one closer to the sea, behind the avenue. In the first case there is more noise, there is a bazaar nearby, which hums once a week, and company offices. In the second, it is quieter and calmer, there is no noise from the road, there is more greenery in the courtyards, the houses are older, so you can immediately see how the farm is run and whether people care about housing. However, the big disadvantage of apartments in this quarter is the high humidity. We also had this drawback. Things just didn't dry out well. In addition, closer to the sea the winds are stronger. Basically, apartments near the sea are bought by foreigners who come here on vacation or by locals for business rental properties. Therefore, when we were in Antalya, there were practically no people there; the sellers of seasonal goods and excursions were frankly bored.
The new microdistrict of Konyaalti is Sarysu. It’s very beautiful there, indeed - the microdistrict is located on the road to Kemer and is surrounded by picturesque mountains, and from the windows of the houses you can see the Mediterranean Sea. It has its own nice beach. Opposite there is also a passenger pier and you can watch cruise ships, often visiting Antalya. Real estate prices in Sarysu are lower than in Khurma and Liman, and the apartments are more comfortable. However, the microdistrict has one drawback that overshadows all its many advantages - these are wastewater treatment facilities, which give off a very unpleasant smell after rains and in certain winds. The few times we traveled through Sarysa to Kemer, we clearly felt it, and it really immediately blurred the impression of natural attractions. But the authorities seem to be concerned about this problem and are trying to solve it.
The center of Antalya and Kaleici - the old town within the city
Muratpasa district is not only the largest and most populated in Antalya, it is the largest single conglomeration of residents in the whole Mediterranean coast Turkey. Due to its length, reviews about the area will be the most contradictory, since it includes the central microdistricts, Kaleici, Lara with its neighborhoods, and the airport area.
City center
Of course, as soon as you arrive in a city, you immediately go to its center, since, usually, the most interesting things are concentrated there. In this regard, Antalya does and does not meet this approach at the same time.
If we just talk about the administrative center of the city, then there is nothing special about it. Well-kept Ataturk Park, located along Mediterranean Sea on rocks that go into the water. Monuments to historical figures and important points history of Turkey. Squares with flower beds and fountains. The most important thing in all of this, it seemed to me, is the sea itself, into which you can peer for a very long time, looking at the play of colors of the water surface and the shine of the sun in this blue. Otherwise, it’s nice to see, take a walk, drink tea in the tea gardens (that’s the name of the cafes where you can drink tea, coffee, or take some sweets).
If you go deep into the city from the sea, you will be greeted by another center. Noise from cars honking and roaring, polluted dusty air, shopping shops next to the sidewalk, traders sitting here drinking tea, loud barkers.
We go from MarkAntalya towards Migros along Ataturk Avenue. The noise makes it difficult to talk to each other). When we walked there during the day, we really wanted to quickly pass these streets and hide somewhere from the noise and breathe in fresh air. At the same time, I remind you once again that these were not the hottest days in terms of temperature and tourism. I can imagine what's going on there in the summer. You can escape by going to the large Mark Antalya shopping center, where one of Antalya's universities is located.
For us, Mark Antalya was a landmark, having reached which, we knew exactly where we were and how to get home, since the building itself is tall and also shimmers with multi-colored lights in the dark.
Kaleici
From Mark Antalya to the sea there is a pedestrian street that will lead you to the end of Ataturk Avenue. At this point it narrows and occupies one lane in each direction, with a tram running nearby. The avenue smoothly flows into Işiklal Boulevard, or Lantern Boulevard - a place for young people and tourists to walk. There are many cafes, various shops, and currency exchange offices with good rates. Walking along the boulevard, you can turn into the streets of the old city - Kaleici or walk to Hadrian's Gate and enter there. Kaleici itself is attractive for its history, architecture and unpleasant for the street trading that permeates all its streets. The barkers personally irritated us, because we had to walk with our eyes on our feet, because any glance directed at them was immediately answered with an invitation to see, buy, eat, drink, or go on an excursion. When there are a lot of tourists, the traders' attention is dispersed in the crowd, but when the season is over, their efforts fall on you, unhappy) and at first you joke, but then it just gets boring.
However, a walk through the old town is a wonderful pastime both during daylight hours and at night. During the day with numerous observation platforms you can look at the sea and breathe fresh sea air. In the evening, the beautiful lighting turns on, you can calmly stroll along the narrow streets and sit in a cafe.

Airport area
You will immediately become familiar with this area on the way from Antalya Airport and see that there is nothing particularly attractive about it. 15-20 buildings, traders with containers, industrial bases. Even if you are not a tourist, there is nothing to do here, since, besides everything else, there are safety issues.
Lara - a prestigious area of Antalya
If we compare the two districts of Antalya, Konyaalti and Laru, then each tourist has his own preferences. In principle, both Lara and Konyaalti have beaches. In Lara they are sandy. The advantage in this case is the soft sand underfoot, rather than hard and sharp stones, and the disadvantage is that the water is not as clear as on a pebble beach. In Konyaalti it is a rocky, very long and wide beach located in the city. Akdeniz Avenue is nearby. This is both good and bad at the same time: good because you can use public transport, bad - slight noise and dust from transport (however, heavy vehicles and trucks are not allowed to enter tourist season). We visited both beaches and we liked our beach in the Liman area.
Both areas have a well-developed infrastructure, everything is at hand and within walking distance. They differ in atmosphere. Konyaalti is more of a residential area suitable for families have a relaxing holiday, where you can go to markets, sit in restaurants, go to a decent shopping center. Lara is an area for wealthy locals and Turks from Istanbul who come to Antalya on vacation. There are many office centers here, among the shopping centers there is not only “Migros 5m”, but also “Terrasity” and “For she”, “Laura”, large mono and multi-brand stores with world brands of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The restaurants here are larger and more pretentious. There are low-rise buildings and high-rise buildings located on the first line near the sea, from where a gorgeous view opens. From infrastructure - football fields, courts, jogging paths along the park area. The level of the inhabitants of Lara's microdistricts is immediately noticeable by the cars that are parked near the houses - Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari, BMW. And not like in Khurma, where, mostly, people drive budget brands of cars. However, the cost of renting housing in Lara is significantly higher, which often scares off most tourists who do not want to overpay for the image.
Northern neighborhoods of Antalya
In addition to the tourist areas in Antalya, there are also those where residents with lower incomes live, for whom the determining factor in choosing housing is its price, or perhaps proximity to work. The third huge district of Antalya is Kepez.
Until recently it was a separate city. We ourselves did not go to Kepez; for us it was unattractive, but our compatriots living in Antalya do not recommend not only living there, but not even going for a walk. Some neighborhoods are inhabited by Kurds and Gypsies, which leaves a corresponding imprint on the crime rate. They say that after dark the police don’t go there either. In addition, they heat there mainly with potbelly stoves using an unknown type of fuel, so with the onset of cold weather, smog hangs over the houses. The parks are unkempt, the residents are poorly educated. There are several new neighborhoods, but the distance to the sea and the surrounding reality still testify not in favor of Kepez.

Location
One of the youngest, fastest growing and most prestigious areas of Antalya is the Liman microdistrict in the Konyaalti region."Liman" in Turkish means "port, harbor for ships."
In the east, the Liman microdistrict originates from the mouth of the Boachay River, where it neighbors the Gyursu microdistrict, and stretches along the Mediterranean coast to the west until the port on the border with the Sarysu district. From the sea line to the north, the Liman stretches in depth for about 1 km to the border with the Khurma region.
Ataturk Boulevard, the main transport route of the city, conditionally divides the microdistrict into two parts. The first is located in close proximity to the sea, these are quieter and calmer neighborhoods with a lot of greenery, hotels and guesthouses in the area are located here. The second part is located further from the sea, it is noisier, busier, and more crowded. There are shops and supermarkets, offices, schools, pharmacies, banks and all other urban infrastructure necessary for modern active life. In the second part of the microdistrict, both residential complexes and small areas were built.
Population
The population of the microdistrict is international. That is why a citizen of any country in the world feels at home here. Liman is home to both Antalya Turks and Turks from Istanbul and Ankara who have retired and decided to live for themselves in a beautiful, elite area. Among the foreigners permanently residing here, the first place in number is occupied by citizens of the CIS countries, mainly Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Among European citizens are Germans, Dutch, English, Norwegians, Swedes, and Danes. Americans, Brazilians and representatives of Arab countries also live in Liman.Infrastructure
The shops
In Liman there are both large chain supermarkets (Migros, Carrefour, Macro Center, Chalarsoy) and smaller chain grocery stores (Bim, Shock, A-101). In addition, in each quarter there is at least one store (market) with the most necessary food products. Many markets provide home delivery. Any chain store sells not only food, but also many other things needed in everyday life: personal hygiene products, cosmetics, household chemicals, etc. Stationery stores are located next to the market and clinic. Also in Liman there are several butcher shops, shops selling nuts, spices and Turkish sweets, a seafood shop, a natural dairy store near the Porto Bello hotel, where you can buy fresh sour cream and cottage cheese. In the Bellona store you will find a large selection of high-quality modern furniture. Small boutiques with clothes, a Finnspor sporting goods store, a pet store, a flower shop, shops with household goods - all this is within walking distance in Liman.
farmers market
One of the most favorite places among foreigners who come to Liman on vacation is, without a doubt, the farmers' market. Every Tuesday, in any weather, about 200 sellers of vegetables, fruits and herbs, and about 150 shops selling other goods, set up stalls here. The market was reconstructed in 2016 and has been serving customers in a renovated indoor area since January. Here you will find not only the freshest seasonal vegetables and fruits, but also many other goods: casual clothing for children and adults, shoes, textiles, kitchen utensils, dishes, jewelry. The dairy shops always have a wide variety of cheeses and olives, homemade eggs and butter. A large selection of fresh sea fish and seafood will delight gourmets. Nuts, spices, sweets, dried fruits - everything can be smelled and tasted. Here at the market you can buy a special cart for your weekly shopping trips.
During the morning and lunch hours the market is not very crowded. At this time, you can leisurely go around all the counters, compare prices, and choose the best products. In the evening there is no longer a crowd here, there are many more people, but the prices for most perishable products drop in the evening.
Cafes and restaurants
In Liman you will find cafes and restaurants to suit every taste and budget. Most of them are located on the central Boachai street near Matryoshka Park. Your attention will definitely be attracted by the bright, colorful Biskuvi cafe with an original design, where you can taste delicious coffee and European cuisine, and smoke a real hookah. The Yemen cafe has an excellent large indoor play area and here you will be served by friendly Russian-speaking staff. Of the popular European brands, Roberts Cafe has already opened; lovers of delicious coffee will soon be pleased with the opening of Starbucks. Dishes Turkish cuisine You can try it at the Urfa Sofrası and MirBey restaurants, and a real Turkish doner at the Ekrem Coşkun restaurant. A set Turkish lunch and delicious pide (Turkish pizza) are always available at the Pidem cafe, pizza at Samsun and Domino’s pizzerias. There are no hospitals in the Liman microdistrict, but there is a public clinic - Sağlık Ocak No. 16 - on Boachay Street. There, not only Turkish citizens, but also foreigners with a residence permit can receive first aid, donate blood for tests, and get consultation with a therapist. Here, not far from the clinic, there are 4 pharmacies. In many of them, Russian-speaking staff will meet you and help you with your purchases. There are also 3 private dental clinics in the Liman area: Hurma Diş, Can Ağız ve Diş, Panoramik Ağız ve Diş. The nearest private hospital is located 4 km from the Liman microdistrict, the public hospital is 9 km away.
There is also a hospital for pets in Liman - the Aşkım veterinary clinic.
Schools and kindergartens
The choice of educational institutions in Liman is quite wide: a large public school for primary and secondary classes Bileydi, the state maritime technical school Denizcilik Anadolu Lisesi, private colleges Istek, Okyanus, Has. For Russian-speaking children who want to receive a Russian primary education, the Deniska primary school and kindergarten have been operating in Liman for several years. At the Amerikan Kultur Dernegi Kreş (AKD) kindergarten, children are taught by Turkish and English-speaking teachers. Fans of an active lifestyle in Liman will be pleased with a fairly large selection of fitness rooms and group classes in aerobics, Pilates, and yoga. The largest modern fitness salon in Liman, WAC, is located on the first coastline near the Porto Bello hotel. In addition to a spacious gym with new modern exercise equipment, here you can attend group classes of your choice, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna and hammam, and for a fee you can use the services of massage therapists and a hairdresser. Also on the premises of the salon there is a cafe-bar The Big Stop, a relaxation area with sun loungers and canopies by the pool, and its own coastline with a well-maintained beach.
Sports ground with exercise equipment open air there is one in almost every quarter of Liman. Every morning you can see cyclists and amateurs on the embankment morning jogging. For swimming lovers, Liman is an ideal place. The sea is just a few minutes walk away, and many residential complexes have open pool. The highlight of the Liman microdistrict is the “Matryoshka Park”, or “Russian Park”, built in honor of the friendship of the Russian and Turkish peoples. The park was opened in 2013 and since then has been the main landmark for everyone coming to Liman. In the center of the park there is a clock tower and a white, blue and red fountain. The symbol of the park is 8 nesting dolls, arranged according to height and attracting attention with bright colors. Turkey is symbolized by a sculpture in the form of a large cezve from which Turkish coffee is poured into a cup. There are benches for relaxation along the entire perimeter of the park; children will enjoy a small children's playground and a cafe with delicious natural ice cream for every taste - Dondurma Dükkanı. Children also have Matryoshka Park favorite place for roller skating and scooters.
There are also open-air children's playgrounds with slides and swings in almost every block of the microdistrict. All of them are new, with soft rubber coating, benches for relaxation, surrounded by greenery and ornamental plants. In March 2017, another new park was opened in Liman behind Okyanus College. On the territory with a total area of 6000 m2 there is a children's playground, exercise equipment, the first dog walking area in Liman, a rock garden, walking paths, jogging tracks and recreation areas.

The biggest advantage of the Liman microdistrict is, of course, the proximity of the sea and the beach. The beach here is small-pebble, with a gentle entry into the sea, and has been awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness and environmental friendliness. The city municipality organizes daily cleaning of the entire beach line. The calmest sea with clear turquoise water can be seen in the morning hours. The beach in the Liman area is urban, admission is free. Several sections of the beach are equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, you can rent them for a small fee. Toilets on the beach are free, and there are also changing rooms, showers, and ramps for wheelchairs and strollers. In the summer season there are many sellers of simits, corn, ice cream, drinks. If you move from the city center to the west, you will find yourself at the beginning of the area, as it is called “Crossroads at Migros”. This is where Konyalti begins. If you turn left, you get to a careless road where Aqualand, Dolphinarium, and Beach park or "Beach Park". The second main road running along the entire area is called Ataturk Boulevard. There are branches of all major banks, large supermarkets, and the main bus routes pass here.

Microdistrict Arapsuyu
This area starts at the embankment and goes north to the main road - Ataturk Boulevard, bordering on the Kushkavağı microdistricts. There is also an open-air museum here - Mini City. There are mainly low-rise buildings here, while coastal houses are high-rise. There are also hotels on the first line. The advantage of the area is that it is as close as possible to the center, the Migros shopping center. Social institutions in the area include the private hospital Özel An-Deva Konyaaltı Tıp Merkezi, many pharmacies, chain supermarkets, and a weekly market on Thursdays.

Kushkavay microdistrict
It also goes along the embankment to the Altınkum microdistrict. The northern border of the district is the same Ataturk Boulevard. Just like in the neighboring area, the coastal area has hotels and high-rise buildings, followed by three-story and five-story residential buildings. Here is the heart of the region - Konyalti Municipality. The main shops are located on the main road, and the nearest market is held on Wednesdays. Hospitals in the microdistrict are Meditalya Tıp Merkez and Özel Akdenizsıfa Konyaaltı Tıp Merkezi (this hospital has translators, all signs are in Russian).

This is a very busy area, which originates from the coastline and goes north beyond Ataturk Boulevard, bordering the Gursu and Kushkavay microdistricts. In the coastal part of the microdistrict, the buildings are mostly low-rise, behind the boulevard - five floors and not of a complex type. Those. If you are interested in a house with a swimming pool, then in Altynkum this is a rarity. There are a lot of children's playgrounds with exercise equipment, cafes, and restaurants. This is a fairly new area for foreign property buyers in Antalya. Our company offers several properties in this area and highly recommends it for lovers of comfort and quiet life, while being at the same time close to the city center. The distance to the beach here is at least 1 km. In this area there are houses of the usual urban type, as well as complex ones. They are mainly concentrated along the banks of the Boachay River, surrounded by pine trees and citrus groves. There are very beautiful, modern complexes with all amenities. The local elite lives here. There are playgrounds for hanging out with children. If in other areas of Konyalti you can rarely meet foreigners, then in this area there are as many of them as possible. The estuary runs from the beach, crosses Ataturk Boulevard and borders the Khurma district in the north and Gursu in the east. Why is this area so popular among foreigners? This is one of the new areas where modern houses are being built, and mainly these are complexes with swimming pools of various types and architectures. On Ataturk Boulevard there are large chain supermarkets - Migros, Carrefour, Makro, Bim. On Tuesdays there is a market in Limen.

This microdistrict borders the Liman, is not a coastal area, it abuts the Taurus Mountains. So, if you are considering the option of buying an apartment in Antalya with mountain views, this area is for you. Persimmon is actively developing and being built up, so prices are very attractive. Complex-type facilities with swimming pools are also common here. There are playgrounds and small shops and markets. The nearest market is in Liman on Tuesdays.

1.1. How to get there from the city center
The journey from the city center takes about 15-20 minutes. The easiest way to get there is by municipal buses (KS06, KL08) and dolmus (KS61 and KS34). Any bus with the letter “K” goes to Konyaalti beach. You just need to check with the driver whether he gets to Beach Park, which stretches along the entire coast.
Another option to get from the center is by tram. In Konyaalti you need to get off at the Muze stop and walk a little to the west.

Decent and inexpensive apartments can be found very close to the beach. Interesting fact— renting an apartment in Antalya will cost much less than a hotel room. Therefore, if you cannot find a hotel with a suitable price-quality ratio, try looking at the apartments.

If you are going to Antalya for a long time, then it will be cheaper to rent an apartment right away long term, not a hotel room.

The main transport routes pass along the main highways of the area - Ataturk Boulevard and the embankment.
On this highway that runs along the coast, you can catch a bus to the center (or to the Lara area):
Municipal bus KL08 runs from Liman to Lara Beach. From the Aksu area you can take the AC03 bus. And in general, there are a lot of municipal buses here - from Konyaalti you can get to almost any attraction in Antalya without transfers.
Traveling around the city by bus will cost 2 lira, regardless of the distance.
3.2. Medicine
One of the district hospitals is state-owned (it’s called “devlet”), another one belongs to the university. In addition, Konyaalti has 15 family health centers located throughout the district.
By the way, the hospital at the Faculty of Medicine of Akdeniz University is one of the largest in. All major hospitals have Russian-speaking translators.
3.3. Supermarkets and markets
There are many shops and boutiques in Konyaalti. The main shopping center is, of course, Migros 5M:
But literally at every step there are smaller competitors (grocery stores, designer clothing boutiques, book and souvenir shops, building materials and electrical goods stores). There are also supermarkets of various chains scattered around the area - Carrefour, A101, BIM, etc.
Markets operate in Konyaalti every day. At any time of the year you can buy Turkish seasonings, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits, confectionery and dairy products here.

In the area there are public and private schools and kindergartens, colleges, lyceums and a university. The Anglo-Turkish College is considered one of the best institutions in Antalya.
If you buy an apartment or villa in Konyaalti, the child has the right to attend kindergarten.
Many private kindergartens create groups for Russian children. And in the area itself, Russian-language kindergartens and schools have been operating for a long time.

5. Conclusions
In our opinion, Konyaalti is an excellent area with stunning pine air and well-developed infrastructure. The air here is truly amazing - I never thought that the city could have such clean and pleasant air. To be honest, we liked this area so much that we wanted to live there longer.

The beach is literally a stone's throw away, there is a market and a bunch of chain supermarkets, and you can quickly get to any attraction in Antalya by bus. You can rent a hotel or apartment in advance or right on the spot at one of the local real estate agencies.
