Waiting for check-in took about 2 hours. The room upon check in was very dirty. The restroom was not only not cleaned, but as if specially stained with feces. Well, you yourself understand what impression about the hotel is in such a situation. And after it was all removed ... the staff was waiting for a tip on the doorstep. I do not want to post a photo of it all ... but it's all there. I’m already silent about the overpriced cost of everything in this hotel, so the hotel uses the fact that it is on the outskirts.

Liked the beach and pool. But! The hotel is certainly not to blame for this, but still the plankton bit too much before an allergic reaction on the skin.

You can still install under the trees at the entrance to the beach, then there will definitely be no problems with this ... The beach is magnificent, fine sand, there are no people at all, and the sea is clean, good entrance, moderately deep .. Nearby there is a shop, a small fruit shop, a cafe. But there is no active infrastructure, so whoever is looking for fun is definitely not here .. This hotel is for a relaxing holiday, no noisy animation..

Stayed for one night before flying out on our way back. The biggest disappointment was the hotel management. From a chain hotel you expect stability in quality down to the details. But not in this case: (Of course, the rooms are clean, well-designed, the territory is green, but the management of this particular hotel is, to put it mildly, “strange.” Let’s start by processing us for 35 minutes! (Why can’t you scan passports and process your paperwork without clients tired from the road On top of that, they also asked for a deposit, for a long time I have not encountered such an attitude towards customers ... The next surprise was that the room was without breakfast (my cant), but the surprise was not that, but that the cost of this breakfast is $ 20 per person, this is almost 35% of the cost of the room!! Further more, you won’t be able to pay for this breakfast right away, you need to go to a restaurant in the morning and pay there, they don’t offer anything on the menu, you just won’t be able to ask for coffee in any of two restaurants of the hotel! You can’t have breakfast nearby either, because the hotel is far from any infrastructure. I don’t know about breakfast (I didn’t manage to eat before the flight), but food in the “restaurants” is designed for a completely unpretentious audience, you can eat, but that’s all :( Alcohol at exorbitant prices (I have not seen such prices anywhere in Thailand from Changmei to Koh Lipe). Bottom line - the hotel is suitable for families with children (do not forget the repellents, around the swamp with mosquitoes), if you want to pay for everything at once and not move anywhere for 7-14 days (children will be looked after, a splash pool with access to the bar and babysitters to your service), but absolutely not an option for one or two nights if you are just traveling.

The hotel has a lot of Russian speakers, while the staff does not have the slightest desire to try to understand them, with the help of a translator on the phone, gestures, and so on. You and your problems are being brushed off like flies. This is very unpleasant. We can say that this is the problem of a guest who does not know in English, but, in my opinion, this is the problem of the hotel, whose staff do not care about their guests. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but he is not always there, if you force the staff to call him, this solves the problem, and they themselves are too lazy to figure it out. 2. I often live in hotels and when I arrive in the evening at 18 o'clock I am used to asking for a lunch box, so that they would give me at 21 o'clock if I need to leave in the morning. In this hotel, the slightest complex action for the staff is not acceptable: at first they refused me, saying that it was very difficult to cook it and they would not have time until morning. After I insisted, called the Russian-speaking employee, etc., they reluctantly agreed, but they did not cook anything, for example, a sandwich, which is usually done, but simply served rolls. There are other examples, with taxis, for example, the same story. In general, the goal of the staff is not to make the guests' stay at the hotel comfortable, that's for sure. 3. Again, the location. The hotel does not have shops or currency exchange offices. If you want to buy, say cola with whiskey or chips, then it will not work. The hotel does not have normal cafes nearby, and in general, in my opinion, there are only two of them nearby. I had dinner twice at the cafe on the beach next to the hotel. The quality is terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone. It is better to eat at the hotel, but there is also not tasty, with a very high price tag. Other hotels I have stayed in on this trip have noticeably better cuisine at a lower price tag. 4. This is a family hotel, so if you want to take a break from children, this is not your choice. I wanted to take a break from the children, but in this hotel They didn't bother me at all. 5. In general, I will say this - this is a good place rest, it seemed to me in the room and the hotel is really cozy and comfortable.

Large and comfortable bed with a set of pillows of different firmness. 4. Nice green area, where to sit and relax, in the evening you can go for a walk on the beach and watch crabs. 5. Good varied breakfasts. I didn’t really like pastries, or rather I ate and tastier, salted fish, in my opinion, is not edible, but, in general, a good variety and quality. Conveniently located furniture, not cramped and comfortable.
