  • The fee for issuing a boarding pass is equivalent to 15 EUR.

Boarding passes are available free of charge at the check-in desk:

  • only at Boryspil airport (KBP) - passengers who, during online check-in for a flight to Canada, were unable to obtain a boarding pass for flight PS241 Kiev-Toronto due to the need to arrive at the check-in counter for additional document verification through Canadian immigration authorities.

NOTE: If passengers were transferred to UIA flights from flights of other airlines, they must pay a fee for issuing a boarding pass.

Passengers who have ordered special services (transportation of animals, weapons), children under 16 years of age who are traveling unaccompanied by adults, passengers with disabilities must approach the check-in counter in advance to complete the necessary formalities. If a passenger belonging to one of these categories does not show up at the check-in counter, UIA has the right not to accept such a passenger for transportation and is not obliged to delay the flight due to the impossibility of timely provision and/or processing of the service. In this case, it is considered that the passenger voluntarily abandoned the flight: the return of the unused ticket (part of it) or re-issuance of such a ticket is carried out in accordance with the rules for applying the fare.

If you have not checked in online yourself, UIA will automatically check you in for the flight and send you a boarding pass to the mobile phone number or email entered into the reservation system. It is therefore very important that your correct and up-to-date passport and contact details are entered at the time of booking. Please ensure that the sales agent enters your details correctly into the booking system.

Due to the peculiarities of the operation of a particular departure airport, the start and end times of check-in at it may vary. Passenger check-in and baggage check-in for most UIA flights begins 2 hours and ends 40 minutes before flight departure according to the schedule at the reception desk.
