It was very boring there, there was nothing for young people to do there at all, there were no discos or anything. A woman was resting there with two young daughters, we met, they were generally bored there. This is definitely not for the youth. This is an expensive hotel for couples for people who are 40 years old and above, there are a lot of people vacationing there with children. The beach there is pebbly, the beach is 3 s + I can appreciate it. The beach, of course, is not as polished as the hotel. Its territory is beautiful. I rested in 5 different levels, but I have never seen such good sheets, the interior is very good, moderately classic and moderately modern.

The flight was in the morning and by lunchtime we were already there, the only thing I didn’t like was that we were the very last or penultimate to land at this hotel. There was one couple with us, they said that they were returning to this hotel for the second year in a row, looking ahead, I can say for sure that I want to return to this hotel again. Quickly filling out the necessary registration documents, we were offered to go to dinner while they prepared the room. Despite the fact that we arrived at the end of dinner, there was a wide selection of dishes and the waiter immediately came up and offered a choice of drinks, I naturally asked for a cool one-time wine, all bottled wine, which I liked, not like in many hotels in Turkey. All meals were delicious and varied. A lot of seafood, a variety of fruits, meat, fish, there was once a themed Greek evening, Italian and Japanese in my opinion, as there were rolls in the corner. The hotel has a la carte restaurants by appointment free of charge - Greek tavern, fish. We visited both restaurants, we liked everything, only we got to the fish restaurant for money for the paid event Lobster Show, where the chef of the restaurant cooks lobsters, and we missed the usual fish one because of excursions)) The view from the usual restaurant is simply amazing, you sit, have dinner, sip wine and admire the indigo-colored sea. By the way, for drinks, the hotel is all-inclusive and drinks are poured not only local but also imported, in the main bar, if it’s a martini, then they pour a real martini, if it’s a Baileys, then a similar situation with all drinks.
The hotel area is very green, large and beautiful, cicada sounds are everywhere, which brings its own romance to the atmosphere of the hotel and the island. The hotel has several swimming pools, the main one near the main building with sea water. There are essentially two beaches near the hotel, since the hotel is located on a picturesque peninsula, on the one hand sand beach, but there is no entry into the sea, there is a natural plate with grooves, when you walk along it, then a wave hits you, there is a chance that your leg will fall into a hole and you can at least get an abrasion on your leg, a maximum dislocation, which actually happened to one of my friends, so I put it satisfactorily on this side of the beach, on the second side of the hotel peninsula there is another beach, which is a bay where there are no waves, but going down the stairs and at the bottom I saw a lot sea urchins, so you can swim there, but it’s better not to go to the bottom. In general, I went to the neighboring beach 100 meters from the hotel, it didn’t bother me, or I spent time by the pool with sea water. In general, locals rate this hotel as fashionable, of course there are more expensive hotels in Crete at a price of $5,000 per night.
I am not picky about the rooms, as I spend time there only for sleeping. But the room was given not far from the pool and from the sea and with a side sea view. Everything inside is clean and tidy.
The hotel is very well suited for a relaxing holiday with family and just a romantic getaway, no one interfered with anyone. The contingent of the hotel seemed to me that there were a lot of British, there were also Germans, where would we be without them)) Italians, I saw a couple of Russians. The animation is good for children, both for small children and for teenagers, they definitely won’t be bored) They are constantly engaged with them.
On excursions: we took the car for 2 days. On the first day we rushed towards Vai beach, on the way we stopped at Agios Nikolaos, the Toplou monastery, well, the palm beach of Vai itself, on the second day we went in the mountains in the morning to the Platan tree, the Kardiotisas monastery with the church of Our Lady of Keras in Krasi and the cave of Zeus, all this was in the first half and on the way, having stopped at the hotel for lunch, we went to Knossos Palace and Heraklion, everything was done looked, liked everything. In general, in two days we dashed off almost 500 km))) For inexperienced drivers, I would not recommend such long-distance excursions as on the first day, it is very difficult to drive along a mountain serpentine, and it is better to take an automatic. In Heraklion, we got to the sale of summer clothing collections, I took children's clothes for my many little relatives at a price of 100-200 rubles per suit, while of European quality. In general, I liked everything very much, I managed to feel the local flavor and relax on the territory of the hotel.
A small addition, I went at the peak of the season and the prices were high, if you go for example in October, the sea is still warm there, then you can relax exactly twice as cheap))
