Where is Kailash located? Kailash - the sacred mountain of Tibet

How many copies were broken, how many pundits came together in the “battle for truth”, how many scientific, pseudo-scientific and non-scientific theories were born thanks to the mysterious and unknown Mount Kailash. How many religious movements have merged together and converged at one point of being. Let's try to figure it out (well, or even more confused).

As we always say (and we will say) - every square centimeter of our planet is worthy of attention. Naturally, we simply do not have the right to pass by the sacred mountain Kailash. Especially considering how much is mixed around her.

Let's start with some geography. The Kailash mountain range is located in the southern part of Tibet (today Tibet is an autonomous region of China, but disagreements periodically arise between them). Mount Kailash is the most significant and beautiful peak of the eponymous range.

Mount Kailash on the map

  • Geographic coordinates (31.067112, 81.311697)
  • Distance from the capital of China Beijing is about 3300 km in a straight line
  • The nearest airport is Simikot, about 130 km south.

Mount Kailash has an interesting and geometrically correct pyramidal shape with a permanent snow cap on top. Its faces are almost oriented to the cardinal points. It turns out a sort of giant compass, visible from space.
The height of the pyramid is one of the subjects of dispute among scientists. Different groups of researchers measured the same different heights, but all measurements fell within the interval from 6,638 to 6,890 meters. This is enough high mountain, although inferior the famous Everest(8848 meters) and the most high mountain on the planet in absolute terms Mauna Kea (10203 meters). At the expense of height, there is an opinion that it is equal to 6666 meters. At least, in many sources of esoteric subjects, this height is indicated.

The southern part of the mountain has a flat crevice in the middle from top to bottom. Like it was cut with a knife. In addition, this crevice is again crossed in the middle by a horizontal crack. As a result, when the Sun sets, the shadows from these cuts form a swastika. Therefore, Kailash is sometimes called the "Swastika Mountain".

There is an important addition to be made here. The swastika is an ancient image that symbolizes the sun or solstice. In many nations, it is associated with our luminary. The Slavs also had a kind of swastika called Kolovrat. Please do not confuse the well-known Nazi swastika from Hitler's time with ancient runes.

The features of Mount Kailash include its stepped structure, which makes it even more like a pyramid.

Mount Kailash in religion

The most ancient religions of the surrounding countries endow Kailash with supernatural power and consider sacred place. Hindus, Buddhists, followers of Jainism and Bon (these are also currents in religion) call it the "heart of the world" or the "axis of the Earth." Grief is prayed for, worshiped and performed around it ritual detour. This pilgrimage is called Kora.

Hindus claim that Shiva lives on the mountain, and Kailash is the image of Mera - great mountain at the center of the universe.

Buddhists say that the top of the mountain is the abode of the Buddha. Every year, Buddhist pilgrims from all over the planet gather at the mountain for the Saga Dawa holiday, which is dedicated to the Buddha.

Followers of Jainism believe that the Kshatriya Mahavira himself, the founder of this religious movement and the main saint, achieved liberation and enlightenment on the mountain.

Followers of the Bon religion endow with divine properties Lake Mapam-Yumtso, located 34 kilometers south of the mountain. They consider the lake to be the center of the ancient country of Shangshung, in which Bon appeared. They call Mount Kailash the Nine-Storied Swastika Mountain. She is the soul of the whole religion, and here Tonpa Shenrab, the founder of the religion, descended from heaven.

It is noteworthy that representatives of the first three religions go around the mountain clockwise, and the followers of Bon, on the contrary, counterclockwise.
The length of the route around the mountain is 52 km. To overcome it, you need a very good physical preparation. It is believed that by making a bark (bypassing the mountain), a person is enlightened and gets rid of sins. Moreover, it is desirable to bypass the mountain in one day, which is very difficult. Kora performed 13 times is considered especially honorable.

In religious books about Kailash there are such inspiring lines: “None of the mortals dare to enter the peak where the gods live. Whoever sees the faces of the gods must die." Legends say that the mountain will throw off any daredevil who dares to climb to the top. And even if you just touch it, then ulcers that do not heal for a long time appear.
All of the above religions also revere two lakes 34 kilometers south of Kailash. These are Mapam-Yumtso and Langa-Tso. The first - fresh - is considered the lake of Life, and the second - brackish - this is the lake of Death.

In the vicinity of the mountain, 4 main rivers of this region flow - Indus, Sutlej, Brahmaputra and Karnali. The myths say that they all begin with Kailash. But in fact, flows from mountain range Initially, they fall into Lake Langa-Tso, and the Sutlej River flows out of it.

Near-scientific and non-scientific hypotheses and myths of Mount Kailash

Some sources indicate the mystical number 6666 and claim that it is at this distance from the mountain that Stonehenge, the North and South Poles are located. It is said that Kailash lies on the same line with Egyptian pyramids and the mysterious Easter Island.

We sat over the map for a while and realized that there was some confusion with the distances, for example, to Stonehenge 6920 km in a straight line. If the poles were at the same distance from the mountain, then it should be located on the equator - and this is not so. Yes, and the pyramids with Easter Island are not quite on the same line. Therefore, we attribute such data to the category of unconfirmed. But, if we made a mistake somewhere, please let us know.

There are many more pseudoscientific hypotheses. Here are stories that time near the mountain goes several times faster, so much so that men in a few hours become overgrown with weekly stubble. And that Kailash is the entrance to parallel worlds. And that the mountain is hollow inside, and many saints rest in it (among which they even mention Jesus Christ, Buddha and Krishna), and all in one place. They rest for a reason, but until the moment when humanity completely goes crazy and reaches the verge of self-destruction. Then no one, except for higher powers, can protect a person from himself.

Let's be honest that these hypotheses still have little in common with science, and are more related to myths and legends.

How to conquer Mount Kailash

No point. Remember at least the most high point planet, Mount Everest. It is conquered by all and sundry and deep elders, and teenagers, and even people with handicapped. And this is a height of almost 9 kilometers, there is almost nothing to breathe there, but people stubbornly make ascents to it. What about Kailash? Has no one conquered the summit? This is true. Mount Kailash has never been conquered by anyone. And there are two main factors. The first (mystical) factor is that for reasons unknown to science, the vast majority of climbers, right before the ascent, "lost their nerves", they simply gave up their desire to climb up. And even if someone, having overcome internal resistance, nevertheless began to climb, then he either immediately returned back or died.

Local residents revere the mountain as a shrine, and of course they don’t even think of conquering it. All who wanted to do this were foreigners. So, for example, the Italian Reinhold Messner, who received permission to climb, arrived at the place in 1985, but changed his mind at the last moment. An incomprehensible feeling of fear and hopelessness covers everyone who thinks to encroach on Mount Kailash.

The second factor hindering the conquest, locals. They literally block the path of daredevils with their breasts. In 2001, an expedition from Spain, having paid a lot of money just for the opportunity to climb the mountain, was stopped by a group of pilgrims. Thousands of believers stood in the way of the Spaniards. The Dalai Lama himself and even the UN protested against climbing Kailash, and the climbers had to give in. Thus, to this day the mountain has not been conquered.

Reinhold Messner later said to the Spaniards: “If we conquer this mountain, then we will conquer something in the souls of people. I would suggest to go and climb something a bit harder. Kailash is not so high and not so heavy.” Recall that he himself still did not dare to climb.

  • The ridge where the mountain is located is considered young, so it is still “growing”. Its height increases annually by 5-6 mm
  • Scientists have found that the age of the Tibetan mountains is about 5 million years, but Mount Kailash itself is only 20,000 years old.
  • The name of Mount Kailash is translated from Sanskrit as "crystal"

Mount Kailash is a mysterious and incomprehensible secret of Tibet, a place that attracts thousands of religious pilgrims and tourists. The highest in its area, surrounded by the sacred lakes of Manasarovar and Rakshas (living and dead water), the peak unconquered by any climber is worth seeing with your own eyes at least once in your life.

Where is Mount Kailash located?

The exact coordinates are 31.066667, 81.3125, Kailash is located in the south of the Tibetan Plateau and separates the basins of the four main rivers of Asia, water from its glaciers flows into Lake Langa-Tso. Photo high definition from a satellite or an airplane, they resemble an eight-petal flower of the correct form; on the map, it does not differ from neighboring ridges, but significantly exceeds them in height.

The answer to the question: what is the height of the mountain is disputed, the range called by scientists is from 6638 to 6890 m. There are two deep perpendicular cracks on the southern slope of the mountain, their shadows form the outlines of a swastika at sunset.

Mount Kailash is mentioned in all the ancient myths and religious texts of Asia, it is recognized as sacred among four religions:

  • Hindus believe that at its peak is the favorite abode of Shiva, in the Vishnu Purana it is listed as the city of the gods and the cosmic center of the universe.
  • In Buddhism, this is the place of residence of the Buddha, the heart of the world and a place of power.
  • Jains worship the mountain as the place where they gained true insight and interrupted the samsara of Mahavir - their first prophet and greatest saint.
  • The Bonts call the mountain a place of concentration of vitality, a center ancient country and the soul of their traditions. Unlike the believers of the first three religions who make a kora (cleansing pilgrimage) salting, the followers of Bon go towards the sun.

Parascientific concepts about Kailash

The mystery of Kailash excites not only scientists, but also lovers of mysticism and transcendental knowledge, historians who are looking for traces of ancient civilizations. The ideas put forward are very bold and bright, for example:

  • The mountain and its environs are called a system of ancient pyramids destroyed from time to time. Proponents of this version note a clear gradation (only 9 ledges) and the correct location of the faces of the mountain, almost exactly coinciding with the cardinal points, as in the complexes in Egypt and Mexico.
  • The theory of E. Muldashev about the stone mirrors of Kailash, the gates to another world and artifacts hidden inside the mountain ancient mankind. According to him, this is an artificially constructed, hollow inside object with an initial height of 6666 m, the concave sides of which bend time and hide the passage to a parallel reality.
  • Legends about the sarcophagus hiding the gene pool of Christ, Buddha, Confucius, Zarathustra, Krishna and other teachers of antiquity.

Climbing stories on Kailash

The question “who conquered Kailash” is meaningless to ask, because of religious considerations, the indigenous people did not attempt to conquer the peak, all officially registered expeditions with this focus belong to foreign climbers. Like other ice-covered pyramidal mountains, Kailash is difficult to climb, but the main problem is the protest of believers.

With difficulty obtaining permission from the authorities in 2000 and 2002, the Spanish groups did not go further than the camp set up at the foot of the camp; in 2004, Russian enthusiasts tried to climb without high-altitude equipment, but returned due to adverse weather. Currently, such ascents are prohibited at the official level, including the UN.

Hike around Kailash

The service of delivery to the starting point of the bark - Darchen and guide accompaniment are offered by many companies. The pilgrimage takes up to 3 days, the passage through the most difficult section (Dolma pass) - up to 5 hours. During this time, the pilgrim travels 53 km, after passing 13 circles, access to the inner ring of the bark is allowed.

Those wishing to visit this place should remember not only about good physical fitness, but also about the need for a permit - a kind of group visa to visit Tibet, the processing takes 2-3 weeks. The policy pursued by China has led to the fact that it is almost impossible to get to Mount Kailash on your own, individual visas are not issued. But there is a plus: the more people in the group, the cheaper the tour and the road will cost.

Mount Kailash is one of the unsolved mysteries of mankind. Many mysteries and legends surround this incredible beauty and relics of the mountain complex. In this article, we will dive into the world of Tibet, study the facts and learn a lot of interesting things related to Mount Kailash and its hidden power.

Mount Kailash - the unconquered pyramid

Mount Kailash, or Kailash (depending on the pronunciation, this is the name of this queen of all mountains), is located in Tibet. In order to climb it, you need a special permit obtained from the authorities of this region. And yet, not a single mortal has yet been able to climb the summit of Kailash, and yet it is not the highest mountain on earth.

It is known that in 1985 Reinhold Messner, who conquered several eight-thousanders, also tried to climb to the top of Mount Kailash, but someone or something prevented him from carrying out his plans. If we consider objective reasons, there is evidence that during the ascent, the weather, which made further progress to the top impossible. Moreover, many people who tried to get to the peak of Mount Kailash refer to this reason. According to another version, it is believed that on the day before the ascent, Reinhold received some kind of message in the form of a vision and he himself abandoned the idea.

In 2000, a group of Spanish climbers received a long-awaited permit to travel to Tibet, and Mount Kailash was also their destination. But already at the very beginning of the ascent, pilgrims, who can often be seen in these places, blocked the path of the Spanish conquistadors of the sacred Mount Kailash. The obstacles in the way were that the Dalai Lama himself, and even the UN, protested. Consequently, the Spaniards had to return home without salty slurping.

Thus, not a single mortal has yet appeared who would have reached the top of this temple complex, this great pyramid mountain Kailash. But there are legends that Tonpa Shenrab, the founder of the Bon religion, descended from heaven to the top of Kailash in order to convey knowledge to people. And the greatest poet Milarepa, revered by yogis, managed to climb to the top of Mount Shiva and grab onto the “rays of the Sun”.

Sacred mountain in Tibet - Kailash. Racial theory

The sacred Mount Kailash in Tibet has long attracted the attention of not only idle travelers, professional climbers, pilgrims, yogis, followers of the Bon religion, worshipers of Shaivism (and many other religions), but also esotericists, on whom this mountain acts literally magnetically.

The ascents of Ernst Muldashev to this mountain also tell us a lot. Muldashev believes not only that this sacred complex is the energy center of the Earth, but also that a new race of those who will inherit the Earth after us is being born within it. There is an opinion that inside Mount Kailash there is a cavity, which, in fact, is a temple, a palace, a cradle for the development of new races on Earth.

According to Blavatsky, the first race was the angelic race, followed by the people of the water. Then - the so-called civilization of the Lemurians, and after it - the Atlanteans, well known to many, whose heirs we are. If you follow this theory, then now a new, sixth race is being born inside Mount Kailash, but its time will not come soon. And, perhaps, by that time, humanity will reveal the mysteries of the sacred mountain of Tibet, which gave rise to so many questions, the answers to which are still unknown or carefully hidden. Perhaps it is no coincidence that even the arrival to this place and the number of pilgrims are strictly regulated by the authorities. Is there really something to hide? And most importantly: does someone know much more about the secrets associated with the mountain than we can reveal, and therefore limit the study of these places and the ascent of climbers up the mountain?

Tibet and Mount Kailash: secrets and mysteries of the sacred mountain

They tried to find out the secrets and mysteries of Mount Kailash for a long time, but in the 20th century, an organization created on the orders of Hitler may have come closest to discovering the secrets. Anenerbe - an organization that existed in Nazi Germany from 1935 to 1945 - sent several expeditions to Tibet, including to study Mount Kailash. The Germans tried to establish the origin and history of the race that now lives on Earth. And the name of this race is the Aryans. The Germans tried to prove that only their people, the Germans, were of Aryan origin. In fact, those people who now inhabit the Earth are called Aryans, the heirs of the Atlanteans.

There is also a belief that not far from the Kailash mountain complex is the Nandi sarcophagus, in which the great teachers of mankind are still in a state of samadhi: Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and others. And they also say that the entrance to this sarcophagus is connected by a tunnel with Kailash. In order not to go deep into the description of the state of samadhi, which is considered one of the signs of achieving enlightenment in the yoga tradition, and what types of samadhi are, we can only point to the example of a person of our era who is in such a state. This is Lama Itigelov, who came into the physical body in 1852, and it is still imperishable. Many also believe that the Kailash mountain complex is nothing but temple complex, inside which at an altitude of about 6000 meters there is a city of gods created by higher civilizations. It is not difficult to believe this if you look at least outwardly to the central mountain of this complex - it has the shape of a pyramid.

If we try to explain such a form by ordinary weathering, the action of the elements on the creation of its facets, then although it would seem that it looks scientific, in fact it is deeply unscientific. It is hard to imagine that only natural phenomena create the shape of an almost perfect pyramid, especially if we take into account the fact that the central mountain is located.

Where is Mount Kailash

Mount Kailash, where, according to the texts of the Vedas, he himself resides, is located on the same meridian with the Egyptian pyramids, stone idols of Easter Island and the Inca pyramids in Mexico. Also incredibly interesting is the fact that Kailash is geographically remote from these points. So, from Kailash to Stonehenge - 6666 km; to the North Pole - the same 6666 km; if you calculate the distance from Kailash to Easter Island, then this is again the same 6666 km; and if we go even further, then the distance from Kailash to the South Pole is equal to the distance of 6666 km, multiplied by two. On top of these truly strange coincidences, it must be said that the height of Mount Kailash itself is 6666 m. What is it? Did there really exist such technologically more advanced civilizations, after which such a legacy was left?

Perhaps the information that is given to us in the Vedas that Shiva resides on the top of the sacred mountain Kailash, dancing the eternal Tandava, forcing the whole world to constantly remain in motion and develop without stopping, is the great truth of the creation of the world. And only when it stops dancing, the world will be destroyed, so that a new one will be created in its place. Could this mean the fact that the end of Tandava leads to changes in civilizations on Earth: the previous one is destroyed, and the next one begins to exist. And so it will go on forever.

How many conversations are being held on the topic of the passage of time in this Tibetan region. We know that the mountain temples of Kailash, as they are often called, are located in a spiral and at the top, in the center of the spiral is Mount Kailash. Why the passage of time changes in this place can be explained as follows. The slopes of the mountains are a kind of giant mirrors, some of them concave, like those created by the Soviet scientist Nikolai Kozyrev. And with the help of them it was possible to change the course of time, which could send a person into the past or the future.

Through the looking glass of Mount Kailash

So in the Tibetan mountain complex, the presence of a mirror effect affects the energy component of the place, and, consequently, the people who are nearby. Therefore, there are cases when the passage of time accelerated so much that in one day people grew a beard, nails grew rapidly. There is also evidence of the opposite effect of staying in those places on the body: people, on the contrary, became younger and energized.

There is official information about how a group of foreign climbers managed to get into the Kailash complex, but in the area just above 5800 meters, in the "Valley of Death", they went off the usual path to follow. When these people returned from the expedition, they quickly grew old and died a year later, and the doctors could not determine the reason for such a rapid aging of the body.

Most likely, this can really be explained by the influence of "mirrors". And what causes sacred awe among believers can be understood as the impact of physical laws. After all, if Kozyrev managed to create a time machine and there was even documented evidence that with the help of his design it was possible to travel both into the past and into the future, then why can’t there be a “natural” prototype engineering design? Although who said that the origin of the Kailash complex is natural?

A small continuation about the discovery of Nikolai Kozyrev and his time machine

For some time, the experiments continued, and the results exceeded all expectations, but subsequently the Soviet authorities suspended the development of research with no further plans for its resumption. However, who knows, perhaps for a wide audience of information is presented in this way, but in reality things are different. And, perhaps, work on the transition to different dimensions, passing through the "mirror" has been carried out all these years, and its results are available to a strictly limited circle of people initiated into research.

Be that as it may, Mount Kailash still continues to attract many tourists. And do not be afraid and avoid the action of giant mirrors, because if you do not plan to climb too high - in the region of 5000 meters and above - then nothing threatens you. You can be at the foot to contemplate this majestic creation of nature or ancient civilizations, admiring the monumental view of the Kailash mountain pyramid.

Controversy has long arisen around Kailash. It is believed that this place is mysterious and amazing. Read on why. Mount Kailash- a mountain range that rises above the rest of the peaks. Kailash has a pronounced pyramidal shape, and its faces are oriented to all cardinal points. There is a small snow cap at the top of the peak. Kailash has not been conquered yet. Not a single person has been to its summit. Mount Kailash coordinates: 31°04′00″ s. sh. 81°18′45″ E (G) (O) (I) 31°04′00″ s. sh. 81°18′45″ E d. Place, Where is Mount Kailash— Tibet.

Kailash is located in the Himalayas, not far from the main peak of the world -.

Mount Kailash - the mystery of Tibet

According to scientists, Kailash is a huge pyramid. All faces of its top are clearly directed to the cardinal points. Scientists say that this is not a mountain at all, but a giant pyramid. And all the other small mountains are small pyramids, so it turns out that this is a real pyramid system, which is much larger in size than all those that we previously knew: the ancient Chinese pyramids,. Mount Kailash (Tibet) is very similar to great pyramid, therefore read - is the Himalayan peak really of natural origin?
To find out, read the article below.

Mount Kailash (Tibet): swastika and other phenomena

Each of the slopes of the mountain is called a face. Southern - from the top to the foot, neatly cut in the middle by a straight straight crevice. Layered terraces form a giant stone staircase on the cracked walls. At sunset, the play of shadows creates on the surface of the southern side of Kailash an image of the swastika sign - the solstice. This ancient symbol of Spiritual Power is visible for tens of kilometers!

Exactly the same swastika is on the top of the mountain.
Here it is formed by the Kailash ranges and the channels of the sources of the four great rivers of Asia, originating on the ice cap of the mountain: the Indus - from the north, Karnapi (a tributary of the Ganges) - from the south, Sutlej - from the west, Brahmaputra - from the east. These streams supply water to half of the entire territory of Asia!

Most scholarly opinions agree on one point, Mount Kailash (Tibet) this is nothing but the largest point on Earth where energy accumulates! A unique feature of the Kailash mountains is that various kinds of concave, semicircular and flat semi-stone structures literally adjoin Kailash. In Soviet times, developments were carried out to implement the "time machine". These are not jokes, indeed, various kinds of mechanisms were invented with the help of which people would be able to finally overcome time. One of our genius compatriots, Nikolai Kozarev, came up with such a thing, a system of mirrors, according to Kozarev's system, a time machine is a kind of concave aluminum or mirror spiral, bent clockwise one and a half turns, there is a person inside it.

According to the designer, such a spiral reflects physical time and in due course focuses different types of radiation. According to the results of all experiments, time inside this structure flowed 7 times faster than outside it. After the experiments carried out on humans, it was decided to close further development, people began to see various ancient manuscripts, flying saucers, and much more, because everything will not be clearly told to you and me.

But the results were stunning, on mirror reflections people saw the past like in a movie, in addition, it turned out that with the help of this system of mirrors people can exchange thoughts at a distance. We had a very interesting experience, people placed inside the spiral had to betray the image of the ancient tablets to other people who at one time were in.

And what do you think, people not only received and were able to reproduce what they saw, but in addition to this, they also grabbed several previously unknown ancient tablets, which are impossible to invent. One way or another, but the Soviet authorities were afraid of something and the developments were closed. We can see the same principle of action here!

The Kailash system is almost the same only in scale, just imagine a copy 1.5 km long and half a km wide. In the Kailash mountain system, at the center of the entire spiral of various mountain ranges there is a mountain Kailash. The deformation of time near the summit is confirmed by many priests, and Buddhists, well, everything is clear with them, they always believe in sacred places, but there was one case with the Soviet expedition. By the way, Kailash is considered a sacred place among all the peoples living here. As well as many other Buddhists and believers, Kailash is a great mountain.

A group of researchers who went to Kailash, having come close to the mountain, began to make "Kora". The bark is a sacred detour around the entire mountain, after which, according to legend, a person is completely cleansed of the bad karma accumulated by him over several lives. And so all the participants who made the "Kora" for some 12 hours that they walked, aged for two whole weeks. All participants grew a two week old beard and nails, although they only walked 12 of our hours! This suggests that human biological activity in this place proceeds many times faster. We may not believe it, but people come here to make their life fly by in a short time.

Many yogis spend their amazing meditations here for several days. Surprisingly, if you meet such a person, then infinite kindness and light simply sparkle from his eyes, it is always very pleasant to be next to such a person and you don’t want to leave at all. It can be assumed that Kailash is a structure created artificially by someone to collect and concentrate the energy of the future (from space) and the past (from the earth).

There are suggestions that Kailash is built in the form of such a crystal, that is, the part that we see on the surface continues with a mirror reflection in the ground. When Kailash could have been created is also unknown, in general, the Tibetan Plateau was formed about 5 million years ago, and Mount Kailash Well, it’s quite young - its age is about 20 thousand years.

Not far from the mountain there are two lakes: the previously mentioned Manasarovar (4560 m) and Rakshas Tal (4515 m). One lake is separated from another by a narrow isthmus, but the difference between the lakes is huge: you can drink water from the first and swim in it, which is considered a holy procedure and cleanses from sins, and monks are forbidden to enter the water from the second lake, because it is considered cursed. One lake is fresh, the other is salty. The first is always calm, and the second is raging winds and storms.

The area near Mount Kailash is an anomalous magnetic zone, the influence of which is noticeable on mechanical devices and is reflected in the accelerated metabolic processes of the body.

Mount Kailash: the mystery of the number 6666

Mountains in some places Kailash has a kind of plaster. You can see the delamination of this kind of coating, which is in no way inferior to concrete in strength. Behind this plaster, one can clearly see the solidity of the mountain itself. How and by whom these creations were erected remains a mystery. It is not clear who could create such huge palaces, mirrors, pyramids from stone. As well as whether these were earthly civilizations, or whether this was the intervention of unearthly minds. Or maybe all this was created by some kind of smart civilization with some gravitational knowledge and magic. All this remains a deep mystery.

There is a very interesting geographical feature associated with Mount Kailash! Look, if you take and draw a meridian from Mount Kailash to the legendary pyramids of Egypt, then the continuation of this line will go to the very mysterious island Easter, also on this line are the pyramids of the Incas. But that's not all, it's very interesting that the distance from Mount Kailash to Stonehenge is exactly 6666 km, then from Mount Kailash to extreme point hemisphere of the North Pole, the distance is exactly 6666 km. And to the South Pole exactly twice 6666 km, note no more no less than exactly two times, and what is most interesting - the height of Kailash is 6666 meters.

There are many in the world unique places with unusual properties. One of these "places of power" is Mount Kailash in the high valley of Tibet. Pilgrims come here to the southwest of China to make a ritual detour around the mountain - kru

Scientists are still arguing about the origin of this amazing mountain. Is Kailash an artificially created pyramid or a mountain of natural origin? To date, there is no reliable information about this, as well as how many years ago Kailash was born and why it has the shape of a pyramid, the edges of which accurately point to parts of the world. It is also surprising and inexplicable that the height of the mountain is 6666 m, the distance from Kailash to the Stonehenge monument is 6666 km, and the same to the North Pole, and to the South - 13 332 km (6666 * 2).

Kailash is a place shrouded in thousands of mysteries and legends. And so far, the top of the sacred mountain has not been conquered by anyone. Kailash does not let mere mortals to the top, where, according to legend, the gods live. Many tried against all odds to climb up there. But no one was able to overcome the invisible wall, which, as the unfortunate travelers assure, arose on their way, preventing them from following to the sacred peak. Kailash seems to repel them, allowing only those who believe very much to perform ritual kora.

From Kailash originate 4 greatest rivers Asia, with powerful energies. It is believed that when a person makes a detour around Kailash, he comes into contact with this power. Kailash is a very powerful center of power. It carries the energy of dissolving everything old. The performer of the kora is filled with energy and vitality to help people.

Walking around Kailash is a custom. A custom of faith that contains great power. On Kailash they say that one who passes the bark with faith and a sense of unity with God acquires a special divine power here.

The large kora around Kailash takes 2-3 days. Throughout the journey, a person passes through the strongest energy centers, where divine flows are felt. Kailash is like a temple. All stones on the way have a certain charge. Pilgrims believe that demigods or higher souls live in the stones. According to ancient legends, many divine beings who once visited here turned into stones. And now these stones have a special divine power.

The first day of the kora is anticipation, lightness, elation. On the second day passes the highest and most difficult pass - Death Pass. It is said that during this period one can experience the experience of death. For example, a person may fall and go into a trance. Many say that during such a trance they felt their body on the very top of Kailash.

The Drolma-la pass symbolizes the new birth. People try to leave something personal in this place. It is believed that in this way a person purifies his karma. This is a symbol of leaving the past, some dark, negative part of the soul. Having dropped everything superfluous on this pass, it becomes easier and freer to go further.

Around Kailash, you can go either in the outer circle - a large one, or in a small one - the inner one. Only those who have circumnavigated the outer one 13 times are allowed to enter the inner one. They say that if you immediately go there, then high divine energy will block the path for a person.

For millions of years people have been coming here and bringing prayer in their hearts. Lake Manasarovar, like Kailash, is revered as sacred. To his right is the summit of Gurla Mandhata. According to legend, she was a king in a past life. Then there was no water and the king began to pray. One day, God heard his prayers and created a lake from his mind. This lake is sacred lake Manasarovar.

Another lake near Kailash, called Rakshas Tal, is considered cursed. It is separated from the sacred lake by a narrow isthmus. Surprisingly, with such a close location, these two reservoirs have huge differences. You can dive into the sacred lake, there are fish and you can drink water from it. The water in this lake is fresh and is considered healing. Lake Rakshas Tal, on the contrary, is salty and you can’t plunge into it. And the places where a source of dead and living water is located nearby have been considered places of power since ancient times.

Kailash also has another sacred lake - Gaurikund. According to legend, it was created by Shiva for his wife Parvati. She helped people a lot, because of which her body was severely emaciated. Having bathed in this lake, Parvati found a new body, and since then no one else can touch its sacred waters. There are many legends about the death of people who touched Lake Gaurikund.

There are 4 caves in the vicinity of Kailash. One of them, the cave of Milarepa, is located in the southeast of Kailash next to the sacred path. According to legend, the great yogi Milarepa placed two stone blocks at the entrance of the cave, on which he installed a huge granite slab. This slab cannot be moved by hundreds and even thousands of people. And Milarepa carved it out of granite and laid it with the help of his spiritual power. And it was in this place that he achieved his enlightenment.

There is a legend that Milarepa and the Bonn priest Naro Bonchung fought for power over Kailash. During the first confrontation of supernatural forces on Lake Manasarovar, Milarepa stretched his body on the surface of the lake, and Naro Bonchung stood on the surface of the water from above. Not satisfied with the results, they continued the fight, running around Kailash. Milarepa moved clockwise while Naro Bonchung moved against. Meeting at the top of the Dolma-la pass, they continued the magical battle, but again to no avail. Then Naro Bonchung suggested that on the day of the full moon, immediately after dawn, climb to the top of Kailash. Whoever rises first will win. On the appointed day, Naro Bonchung rode his shamanic drum to the summit. Milarepa rested quietly below. And as soon as the first rays of the sun reached the peak of Kailash, Milarepa grabbed one of the rays and instantly reached the top, gaining power over the sacred mountain.
